My doctor is amazing, honestly couldn’t be happier with my doctor. But the front desk is absolutely terrible to deal with. Booking appointments and trying to speak with my doctor is like pulling teeth. The receptionist tried asking me to contact another doctor to have them give me the results to blood panel I had taken weeks prior. Nope. I want to talk to my family doctor, ? 4 stars for my doctor, -3 for the reception. Years of dealing with condescending, rude, and negative staff.

I feel really lucky to have Dr. Bergin as my family doctor, my criticisms relate to our health care system overall and how stretched doctors are to have to try and take in as many patients in a day as possible. I have received really good care in the last 8 years.

Really really great staff. I was there with my child for a Sunday morning walk in. The receptionist was very well organized, helpful, compassionate, and respectful. Once we were checked in, she told us how long the wait would be, clearly by gut feeling, and we went to our car to wait. Sure was exactly correct with her guess and we were seen when it was our turn.

Dr. Rivas saw my child. He took the time to really listen to my description of the symptoms and situation, and once finished his exam, took the time to carefully explain options, medication, and follow up.

I felt like we were looked after, which is more than one can hope for in today's medical system environment.

Dr Olsegun Obedunmi has become businessman over there. For him patient is only $ amount in his account. He's shame for NS Health. I don't know who gave him and how he think to observe thousands of patients... phone call 2-3 weeks waiting time. In person appointment over month and he don't care if you're out of pills because you didn't call him 2 months earlier to make an appointment !... NS Health is in desperate needs of doctors but if they hires and pay doctors like this one then we are in big trouble here....

this is unprofessional. if you have a floating schedule, then you need to edit not only on the door, but also online

I think maybe who ever is in charge of making a schedule for family focus should update the schedule online....because there seems to be a revised schedule posted on the door with changed times everytime I go there. Not

Good attention. But what I don't like is that you have to wait almost an hour outside the clinic standing, being sick, even those elderly people who are like 70 years old. Being a private clinic, you should have a bench or waiting seats outside the office, if I get tired and feel bad waiting more than an hour, imagine the elderly, that should be a priority.
I hope next time that change.
