I have had a few bad experiences with the registries side of things. Today was my final straw. I get people have bad days, but no reason to be rude to a customer when the customer was yes frustrated, but never yelled, swore, called names etc.

Telling the CSR one time I needed to change the weight on my licence and then them not doing it and telling you you have to pay again to change it even though it was their fault, not matching my address on my registration to my insurance and then having issues with police at a random stop, and today….today was my final straw. I get people have bad days, but no reason to be rude to a customer when I was, yes, frustrated but never yelled, swore, called names etc. and was berated in front of people because I have continually been told different information and then go in to do what I need to do to be rudely told they won’t do it without my husband there even though it doesn’t involve my husband and AHS and other registries told me he didn’t need to be there.

Sorry, I won’t be back! I did over a decade of customer service and customer service management and I tell you, the way people are treated at this establishment is extremely unacceptable.

Ended up paying for the same form twice because the lady wasn't very knowledgeable or clear, and just found out my new name was spelt wrong despite clarifying and speaking slowly. It's not a particularly challenging name. They had the paperwork infront of them in their own hands for reference as well.

Not planning on returning; if you're reading this save the trouble and go elsewhere.

Very concerned about the the people taking the test road
My cousin has taken and paid almost $200 for renting the car and the driving test fee for 3 times now. She has failed him 3 times and gave him many silly excuses such as, you don't look around when you are parked, you drive slow when you have to drive fast and you drive fast when you have to drive slow.

My cousin has many years of driving experience is not that he is a new driver. He passed the written test right away and she keep failing him.

While my cousin was waiting for her to finish with another student, he heard her telling the father of the girl/student that she has some issues like not looking over the shoulder or not looking over her shoulders but don't worry she passed.

Are we talking about racism? Are you trying to make extra money?

Went for my GDL test here back when that was still a thing. The lady told me my tail light was out, I didn't go look and confirm at the time but was sure I checked the day before.

Showed up 15 minutes early so I rushed to Canadian Tire and bought a bulb and tried to replace it in time. When I got back I was 5 minutes late and the lady was inside eating her lunch and said I was too late to start the exam.

Put the old bulb back in out of curiosity and it worked just fine. I went back in and told her this and she legitimately said to me "do you really think I'd try and cheat you out of doing your test?".

The test was non refundable of course.

I came in to register multiple vehicles. Staff were helpful, polite and efficient. Grateful to be able to get this done close to home. 😊

I've used this registry many of times, never had an issue so far, they've always been prompt and clear. Sometimes it's busy since it's the only on in town but that's understandable
