I called this clinic to see if they had any doctors accepting new patients. Unfortunately, at this time, they are not. But I still wanted to come say how friendly, efficient and knowledgeable the receptionist Nicole was. I'll definitely be following up to see if a physician has opened their panel as I am happy with how pleasant my call was.

I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to address a consistent issue. Despite booking appointments with my doctor, Dr. Allie, at specific times, I find myself waiting in the reception area for close to an hour before being taking in the doctors room. While I understand there may be some waiting involved Once I get into the room, which I’m fine with, but waiting nearly an hour before even entering a room is excessive. Today, I waited for 40 minutes past my appointment time and ultimately had to leave without being seen, as the next patient was already arriving for their 2:30 appointment. This pattern of long wait times is disrespectful to patients' time and reflects poor time management. Regrettably, I've missed my lunch break. As much as I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the front-end team, I'm now seeking a new doctor who can provide a more respectful and professional experience.

This was my first big appointment with Dr.Jess and she was amazing!!! She listened and she explained things in real terms. She made sure I was comfortable and didn’t once make me feel like the appointment was rushed. Sooooo happy I made the move to Fireside Family Health and Dr. Johnson!!!

The doctors are great at Fireside Family Health.. 5 stars for the doctors. Unfortunately my experience with the receptionist, Sheryl, was very unpleasant and unprofessional. They shut the phones off during lunch without any coverage. I was trying to reach the office and have them fax information to a specialist that I’ve been waiting for three months and I could not reach them as the phones were off. After the receptionist reached out, she was unprofessional in her responses and tone of voice; even before the conversation had ended, her hung up on me. Not impressed with this as she is the first point of contact for this office.

Dr Waqar is very thorough and caring, I’m thankful she takes her time to check through everything to make sure things are still okay. The ladies at the front are always a delight as well!
