Kim really showed how passionate she was about first aid through her ability to engage and teach. the online portion was good since I am typically too busy to attend the full course but I wish I did because of the way that Kim taught her class. I would recommend First Aid 4U to anybody who needs to be first aid trained.

I did the blended course, half online and half in person. I found that it was very comprehensive and the in person brought everything together. The instructor was knowledgeable and experienced which helped immensely. I would recommend this course to everyone as first aid is important to know.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with Kim at the First Aid 4 U Bradford location. From the very beginning, it became clear that her focus was less on teaching and more on selling products, which was quite frustrating. It felt like we were attending a sales pitch rather than a professional training course. Kim openly mentioned that she makes a commission from product sales, which only added to the discomfort and made it hard to take the course seriously.

Additionally, Kim frequently shared personal anecdotes that had little to do with First Aid. While I appreciate a personal touch, the constant references to her life felt unprofessional and detracted from the learning environment.

Most concerning was the misinformation she provided about First Aid procedures. After my first day with her, I felt that the lack of professionalism and knowledge warranted serious attention. I ultimately left her class and enrolled in the First Aid 4 U program in London, where I had a much better experience with Adel. He provided clear, accurate information and maintained a focused, engaging learning environment.

In summary, I strongly advise that Kim's approach and knowledge be re-evaluated. My experience at the Bradford location was not only unproductive but also frustrating. I recommend seeking training elsewhere until improvements are made like I did at the London location.

UPDATE; It’s very interesting how you’ve ignored my review and only respond to positive comments especially regarding Kim, this further proves my review of the unprofessional conduct taking place under this location.

The instructor was exceptional. Thus was by far the most educational first aid/cpr course . After taking this course I feel completely confident in the life saving skills I learned. All my concerns and questions were answered and the on hands part of class again was exceptional. Very greatful for this experience and for such a knowledgable instructor.
