Normally lovely, today I got charged over double what I normally pay for a trim. The lady was grumpy and didn't listen to what I asked for and ended up shaving the side of my head clean off instead of shortening it like I asked for. Also tipped herself more than I said? I said a 7$ tip and she took a 13 dollar tip. I will go back but I won't get cut by that lady again. 38 dollars for a trim!?!

I booked a colour session with Ella, she did an incredible job! Not only was she polite and friendly the entire time but she ensured that I got exactly what I was looking for in terms of my new hairstyle, I would recommend her to anyone coming into first choice 1000 times over! We had a lovely experience at First Choice Hair in Hunstsville. We were visiting from the U.K. for a family wedding. Despite an initial hiccup with our appointment time due to a glitch with their booking system, the ladies here went above and beyond, working through their lunch to ensure that me and my little one (who was the flower girl) were wedding ready. I can honestly say that this is the friendliest salon I have ever been in. Danielle and Olivia were just wonderful with our little girl and her hair-up lasted all day, despite her running around like crazy at the wedding. My hair up was also lovely, and the curls lasted all day. My sister in law also had her hair done here and her set looked fabulous. Big thumbs up from our family and highly recommend for anyone needing wedding or event hairstyling.

A simple hair cut. Showed her I wanted it on my shoulders because I have to wear a ponytail and hat for work.
How that’s it’s dry it’s way to short. It’s about 4 inches to short. The back is shorter than the sides. Far from what I ask for. Never even offered a shampoo and conditioner or blow dry. $34 for wet with a spray bottle can chop

Ella did an incredible job on my daughter’s hair!! She was patient, kind and, mindful of Isabelle’s needs.
Ella listened to exactly what she wanted and we ended up with incredible results.
