I have been with Flanagan Foodservice for 12 years. I must say 12 HAPPY YEARS I go to no other foodservice Our Rep Charlotte McIntyer is always Professional and working for MY company. She make sure the product is on time and excellent quality an all my prices are in line. It is the quality food that Flanagan Foodservice delivers that makes my business shine. They work with your company to help you succeed. It's a team effort From Derrick the General Manager, to Rose on the order desk, to our truck driver delivery guy (sorry I don't know your name you deliver early in the morning well I am tucked in bed sleeping) to Jeff in accounting They all bring excellence to the company. Just so you know Years ago I was with the competition but Flannagan's blows them out of the water. I am Family to them an they are family to me. Thanks to all of you. Great Job

Every experience at flannigans has been dreadful. Their location is out of the way, their customer service is terrible "then don't buy from us"(direct quote), not to mention it took 20 minutes to find my account. They price gouge on every item "because our overhead is higher from deliveries" despite the fact i picked up my items (98$ for 50 14" pizza boxes and 50 16" pizza boxes, despite their competitor selling the exact same items for $53). Their elitist response of "buy more then", picking on small local businesses because they can't afford to buy pallets. You couldn't pay me enough to shop there, i'd rather close my business from lack of stock then support these parasites.
