Ben and his team stepped up to the plate in less than a week my van was completed. After having another top company take over a month to get back to me...by that time it was too late! From dropping off my van to having it completed products as you can see in the pics below I get several compliments on how its not over done , easy to read at a quick glance and well spaced out layout. This is exactly what I wanted and the quality is top notch.

Great customer service, great communication and at a great price. My experience was terrific. I am in the service industry as you can tell from the logos on my van , its all about great customer service and experience which now these days is getting harder and harder to come by.

The Students’ Union at Wilfrid Laurier University purchased a new LED sign from Florence Signs in the Fall of 2022. The purchase process and the installation process were seamless. Our campus has many regulations and protocols in place and Florence signs and their installation team worked closely with us and the University’s facilities team to ensure everything went smoothly. They removed our old sign and installed the new sign quickly and efficiently. The LED sign was installed on our main building (Fred Nichols Campus Centre) which is a key spot on campus. With this in mind, we needed a sign that was durable and eye-catching for all our marketing needs. The LED sign has truly exceeded our expectations. One of the standout features is how sharp the resolution is and, with vibrant colours, how easily visible our content is, even from a distance. We also utilize this sign a lot to display QR Codes for additional information or ticket sales and have no problem seeing those operate successfully. The visibility in various lighting conditions also doesn’t compromise on clarity and this has been proven to be reliable in various weather conditions as well. The back-end controls are very user-friendly and make content management and scheduling a straightforward process. The only piece to consider is that content heavy in light shades of white can be hard to read, and so we need to lean toward a darker/vibrant colour pallet., which is more eye catching anyway so isn’t a major issues for us
