This was a very unique experience. Kristen has a vast array of knowledge and experience and education in a variety of different genres. She was able to use her knowledge to assess me and start working on my body. I’m a tough case and she didn’t miss a beat.

I think if you have never had this type of healing before, my advice would be to go with a very open mind as it is different but the more you open your mind the more you will gain from it. I admit that there’s a lot of words that I have no idea what they are, but I don’t need to know because I am not a practitioner like she is and Kristen just knowing what everything does and how it is all connected was very reassuring to me. I’m looking forward to our next session and hopefully it won’t take me too much longer to learn how to properly walk again and gain my balance back.

I made an executive decision on making me healthier, in every way possible.
I have literally tried everything and I’m a massage therapist myself.
It was my brain and nervous system that were high firing and NOTHING I’ve tried have ever came close to what I’ve received with Kristen.

Misdiagnosis’s of concussions and whiplashes, falls, sports injuries over the last 7 years, traumatic emergency c-section, then caring for my husband (anxiety/depression) and another new born child…also happened when ‘covid’ hit.

I was beyond dark and in the deepest depression. Finding it hard to speak with anyone about this, let alone even to ask for help and wondering if I now have ADD/ADHD, because my focus and concentration was no where to be had.

I booked 5 sessions off the bat.
It was hard work mentally, but everything was being reconfigured as I was learning how to adapt and process in my own safe environment.

Then, today, she helped our 6 year old find his own safety and trust in himself, so he can be confident in his own decisions.

This all started with signing up for Touch for Health in March 2022 and here we are, my next adventure:)
