Not even one pump was working, wth is this hole

Pumps are never working. Pumps never have receipt paper. This was the same issue last week. People working inside keep saying the same thing "we can't do anything about it". What kind of customer service is this when the same Pumps aren't working and the same Pumps never have any paper in them.

Fuel pumps sometimes work. Very disappointing that Flying J is leaving behind rural Canada in such a manner. I have to give up on planning to fuel at this location as a lack of maintenance. No more Flying J in Hinton, AB and Kamloops, BC. Look like Flying J doesn't want us anymore. I'm starting to apply somewhere else for fuel cards and leave Pilot Flying J behind me..
