Amazing care! I was a random walk in with an ear issue (blocked and ringing) that was really bothering me. One of the doctors there told care of it immediately by removing a bunch of wax. Forgot his name sadly. He was gentle and took the time to explain what he was doing. Thank you so much! Now I can actually hear!

I was pretty flummoxed at being turned away for a basic prescription renewal. Also didn’t appreciate the front desk attendant. Her comment about “We all have children” was quite ignorant. All around dumfounded a “walk in” medical clinic just turns patients away.

How inhumane that you can fire me as a patient, because I have a disability and chronic health conditions you just don’t want to deal with me anymore and I was born with it and live several hours away from the practice and travel down to see Dr Lemire every 6 months and I just got off phone to book appointment due to my skin lesions coming back fast and it’s aggressive like last time and I need to get referal to skin cancer clinic at u of a immediately and I’m told he’s no longer my family doc good luck to you - so I’m out of luck go to an ER I was instructed

Absolutely criminal Dr Joe Lemire I just came down and saw you 3 weeks ago in office. You never once said you were no longer my doc im on my own you told me I had 6 months to find a new doc.
I am a human being with medical rights unless I violated the practice rules I don’t think you can just throw me out with no new doctor in his place. No one will take me on I’ve met with sooo many docs in other city I live in.
I love all the special treatment I get from so many in medicine causing severe medical ptsd trauma.

My family members all attend your practice, I don’t know how it’s right or that you can get away with doing this to anyone? This review is done in crisis and under severe duress and is a PTSD type response right after getting off phone with the clinic.

I've been with this clinic for many years and they patient service is amazing. I have been prescribed a new medication and it was fairly pricey so I wasn't able to pick it up for sometime. They called me today and talked to me about the medication and I explained I couldn't afford it so it was waiting at the pharmacy for me. Connie went above and beyond by faxing a "one month free" card to my pharmacy so I would be able to be on the new medication which I needed. She and all the staff there are amazing. Thank you

Just posting mostly in response to KG.
While I understand being frustrated with a situation. I also believe there are two sides to every story and these doctors don't have the option af sharing theirs. With the severe lack of family Practitioners in Alberta coupled with the mass exodus due to our province's policies. I'd hazard to guess all these doctors are over worked and trying their absolute best to help as many patients as they can. Patience and compassion is something we could all offer a bit more of these days.

With that being said. Dr. Jablonski is by far the most incredible doctor I have ever seen my entire life. He listens to your concerns, actually takes the time to answer and explain, not just disregarding. He is exceptional at logical, thought out plans that make sense, and make you feel cared for.
He is a very relatable Practitioner and will do all he is capable of to help resolve your concerns. Which makes the affor mentioned review a bit difficult to believe.
If you are lucky enough to get accepted as one of his patients I would recommend you jump at the chance. (Although, with his quality of care it could be a very long wait)
