I meant to leave a review when this happened but with a newborn it’s been busy lol. We had our babies first immunization appointment the morning of Friday March 14th. I’m always a bit nervous registering as it’s a bit awkward being a same gender couple and having to explain. So I usually expect the awkwardness or comments. What I did not expect was the kind lady/person to reply so positively and make us feel of value and normalcy. It was greatly appreciated and I wanted to make it known how much of a big difference this can make for same sex couples and parents. The tiniest positive remark can make or break these visits.

When registering they ask about parents/guardians and when it came up I explained our daughter has two moms. Their response was “Aweh, lucky!” That was very unexpected and so heart warming. Thank you for being inclusive.
We are so used to the judgement and negative remarks, then still having the whole appointment to get through. It may seem small but this was huge. ♥️ Good job public health!

Visited this facility for COVID 19 test. I was so impressed to find the way, they were collecting samples. Designated parking spots for COVID 19 testing patients. Very clear instructions when you make online testing schedules. Once reached, I called the number and they gave me directions and process to follow. Within few minutes nurse came to my vehicle and explained how she collected samples. There was no contact whatsoever! Very good experience. However, She said that result will come within 10 days and maintain isolation! That was too long! However I received results within 48 hours. My respect and prayers for all Frontline Workers! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🥰🥰🥰

Completely rude to my husband when trying to make an appt for vaccines for our 18 month old. Apparently giving his information wasn't good enough and it had to be mine the mother's. He has never had issues with booking appts for our son. Good to know father's don't matter. When he asked where it was located as we are new here the lady said Thickwood by the Tim Horton and just hung up on him.

Very good attention. The nurse has really good preparation to try to keep the kids happy before and after the vaccinations.

I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is cheery and nice BUT they never answer the phones and have actually not called me back before. Very unprofessional.

Misleading information kn the website.
Listed service that they don't even offer in their clinic.
And the receptionist is so rude.
