I have been using this clinic for the last 12 years I’ve been living in Fort Saskatchewan. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Gauri and his assistant Patricia. This clinic has always been there for me and Ive been treated extremely well. Hope they are around as long as I’m in this awesome community.

Dr Guarie had been my family doctor for years and never had a problem with him up until I asked him to help me with some disability forms as I'm epileptic and suffer from grand mal seizures. He literally looked at me like I was an idiot and said "you don't have epilipesy, I've never had to prescribe you anything for epilpesy!" I was stunned....I told him that is because i have a neurologist in Edmonton I see at the Hys center that does my prescriptions for my anti seizure meds hence I've never asked him, I even have a medical alert tattooed on my wrist stating i am epilpetic!!..he continued to argue with me and refused to help me with the forms...I can't understand how being my doctor for so long that he didn't even notice that I am epileptic! Not only that, my daughter went to see him as she's suffered from alot of mental and behavior issues lately....we were told he would send a referral to a psychoterpist which we STILL haven't heard from...that was approximately 3 years ago. Never went back and never will. Sidenote at least the receptionist is nice...however can rarely get through. He used to be a great doctor but I think it's time he retires....

It’s an appointment only “walk in clinic” which is a complete an utter contradiction. We don’t pay enough taxes I guess.

Easily accessible location with good parking and a friendly receptionist. The waiting room is on the small size and I can’t speak to walk-in wait times. My appointment was on time and the physcian was professional and sincere.

The exterior signage could be better. There is a new clinic two doors down; very similar in appearance.

We brought my daughter here to see Dr.Hartley, she was extreme professional and very caring in regards to treating my kid. HOWEVER, This clinic is practically impossible to get ahold of on average I have to call 8-9 times until I get ahold of someone, and when you do finally get through, their receptionist is a complete b****h.

This by far the worst and most negligent doctor, we went in on Monday kid was coughing bad..he gave him a puffer and swabbed him, by Friday we were at the hospital because the coughing and breathing were worse( now the rest of the family is sick)..he FAILED to inform us that this child has STREP!!! He got the results of the swab and just sat on them. Worst place ever-do not bother going here.

Unfortunately it is impossible to rate 0 stars for this business as this is the review that they deserve.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gauri for approximately 6 years, during that time I have seen nothing but a decline in availability and customer service.

I called in today to report that I have had to get my pharmacist to renew my medical prescriptions because of the flakey availability of this clinic, constantly closed, "on vacation" or not answering the phone.

I had the great displeasure of talking to an absolute gem of a receptionist named Patricia. After telling her my concerns and asking if we could set up an automatic renewal of my prescriptions and a scheduled visit (quarterly...) so that we can avoid these issues, I was told that there is no way to renew my prescription without seeing the doctor. Of course, I brought the issue up again that, I have been attempting to see him on several occasions and that this is the whole issue. I can not just randomly show up, hoping that the office will be open, I do not live in the vicinity.

I was then told that if I didn't like the service I was receiving, I could look for another doctor. I told her that she is not only rude and insulting, but is providing very poor customer service for a patient that has been seeing Dr. Gauri for over 5 years and I would like to speak with him. She responded by saying:"ya, he doesn't take phone calls". I told her that her attitude was completely unacceptable. She then said with a very snarky attitude "oh well, sorry you feel that way, is there anything else I can help you with?" I said, you haven't actually helped me with anything, you've just been extremely rude, unhelpful and you are terrible at customer service. She then laughed and hung up on me.

Based upon my recent service and many similar experiences over the years, I will 100% be changing doctors, and filing a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.

Hopefully, this Doctor and his practice smarten the hell up, hire professional staff, stop taking so much time off and provide the service that my tax dollars pay for. If not, shut down and open a business they are more qualified for. Suggestion: nothing involving the public.

I would not recommend this Doctor, his practice and definitely his administrative staff to anyone, at any time, for any reason. 0 STARS!!!

Dr Gauri is awesome. He saw me in the emergency 10 years ago when I had a stomach ache. It seemed odd because it was over to one side. He seemed concerned and told me to come back to the hospital for an ultrasound a couple of days later. They discovered I had liver cancer and because of that discovery I received emergency surgery which saved my life. I have been his patient ever since. His office receptionist Patricia is fantastic and Dr Gauri is the best Dr I have ever had.
