I just need to say. Since doc Parnell left the way we get treated is somewhat poorly. The office staff r amazing. But if we r having to wait an month to get in why r they able to move us with a days notice. We also have work and school and other commitments and we plan our day around this. And now we need to wait more. We were not treated this way before

Dr. Monica Faria makes it clear she cares more about money than her patients. I lost the paper copy of my prescription and she refused to fax a copy to my pharmacy, insisting I had to come in for an appointment, despite my pleading for her to reconsider as I had moved out of town and wouldn’t be able to get to an appointment for weeks. Shameful, I would not recommend this clinic or Dr. Faria to anyone.

I submitted an application to become a patient, was welcomed as an inconvenience. Monotone, no smile, like my presence was a nuisance. Does anyone have input, like do they have bias for a specific person type.

Extremely rude staff. Doctor and office staff come off like they think they're better than you. I missed our intake appointment due to an emergency. I did try calling multiple times, but nobody picked up. No voicemail. This morning I receive a voicemail from an extremely rude office employee about how they're not going to waste their time on us. That's fine, I don't think I'd want to be seen in an office with attitudes like that, anyways. From the sounds of other reviews it sounds like I would have been too complex of a patient to waste her time on anyways. I'll stick to WECHC

“Doctor” Monica, fatphobic as far as I’m aware. Never seen, or had ordered tests for me for anything other than diabetes and still having problems with what I came to “them” for. Only wants you to be the ideal weight, doesn’t seem to care about health problems from what I’ve witnessed, and I’m a registered patient, how pathetic.a real c u next tues if y’a know what I’m saying

I am writing this hoping this message will get to dr Monica Faria .I am sending her all my gratitude and Thank you for all what she did for me in the last year I was her patient. Dr Faria is a great dr professional, caring, knowledgeable and I appreciate her help.
I am sorry I have to leave her practice due to the lack of professionalism, medical care skills demonstrated by the staff from the Glencoe Clinic.
The ececutiv director Gill pushed me out of the clinic, when I asked her if she has any medical training.
Not only she lacks medical qualifications and professionalism she doesn't have any decency with patients and she is very ruthless as many others patients complain.
I will not want to have to deal with her ever again but I will complain further so she can adjust her attitude at least.

Went in assuming I'd be getting an antibiotic prescription, left in tears. I was treated like I was only there for pain killers, which I refused more than once. Most of the staff was rude. A gown was held open in front of an open door and I was told to lose my shirt a follow because we're in a hurry. At the end of my visit I was publicly shamed in the er, having my x-rays openly displayed while being told to take a laxative. I repeatedly asked how to leave, and the doctor continued to lecture me on how he went above and beyond. I'm still in shock

Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Dr.Faria is an incredible doctor, she really listens and takes great care of you. Would definitely recommend!
