I had a very negative experience with Dr. Casavant and Dr. K. Corrigan at this clinic.

In December 2023, Dr. Casavant blamed me for my workplace injury, telling me it was my fault and that my employer would now have problems because of me. Additionally, she created a second WCB case number and misspelled my name, which I believe caused unnecessary delays in getting my MRI.

In January 2024, Dr. Corrigan saw me only once but later submitted two false reports to WCB—reports that were supposedly based on follow-up visits that never happened. During my actual appointment, she disregarded my own description of my symptoms, insisting she knew better how I felt instead of actually listening to me.

Given my experience, I strongly do not recommend these doctors or this clinic to anyone.
