We went there to visit recently and I must say that it is a lot different from previous years! The home is now tidy and neat and the nursing staff are more pleasant to talk to! Way to go FoxRidge!! 🥳🥳🥳 The person we visit, is quite a bit happier too! She loves the exercises especially laughing yoga!

Formerly Leisureworld. Some of the staff are great, but others are questionable. My grandmother died from pneumonia there. Everytime, I went to visit her and bring her things, someone would steal her personal property. Not sure if it was residents or staff taking her food and presents. Some staff members look pretty ruff. The doctor would visit once a week (from what I was told), and stay for an hour. Never listened to my grandfather about clearing her ears so she could hear, until I gave him the stink eye. It was more so the looney bin, then a long-term care that charges thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars a month. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. The place smells, it's dirty. One of the common sitting area is full of supplies piled up ( was there two weeks ago to visit someone else, still the same). I would see people crying to be helped to the bathroom. Saw one lady slap another lady in the face, in front of the staff and no one did anything. The place is like something out of One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest. Please don't take your love one here.

Horrible nursing home! My grandmother is in there they have lost her medication, and they do not care about their residents at all. In fact they are EXTREMELY rude, towards designated care givers they also are known for neglect and elderly abuse. Do not recommend this place at all.

This is the worst nursing home in Brantford the doctor is a total quack and he damn near killed my grandfather 3 times. Not only that but the staff lose or steal hundreds of dollars worth of stuff they even lose really important things like health cards. Also they steal thousands of dollars of rent payments then they try to take you to court for unpaid rent. Do not put your loved ones in this dump of a nursing home.

Excellent long-term care facility with caring staff. Private rooms are in a newer wing and are bright and airy. Love the fact that all rooms are on the main floor and have windows that look out on green space.

It's time to do better!!! tired of being treated like a second class citizen for my choice and for the choice of one of your residents because we refused the poison jab!!! Do better!!! This is inhumane and I'm fed up with your disrespect!!!

Not very clean, heard some many bad stories here. Have a family member here and trying to place somewhere else. Plus had so many Covid cases here....
