Met twee personen een camper gehuurd en onwijs fijn geholpen. Camper was erg jong met slechts 30k op de teller. Bij de vooropname al enorm geholpen en bij de eindoplevering ook alles vlekkeloos gelopen. We hadden vermoeden van een krasje en daar werd totaal niet moeilijk over gedaan. Spreken vloeiend Frans, Duits en Engels. Ik kan dit bedrijf iedereen aanraden

What a great experience and an amazing team to deal with at Cookstown Fraserway! With wonderful customer service and helpful, supportive staff who responded to all our questions and correspondence so efficiently. The quality and care taken to prepare our Class C RV and to include special details was beyond what we anticipated and was so appreciated. The team at Fraserway took time with us and were thorough to answer any questions, even to follow up with us as we journeyed home. We are so pleased to have made the trip to ON and purchased with the outstanding team at Cookstown. We highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used RV! We highly highly recommend buying an RV from Cookstown, as our experience there was amazing. As first time RV buyers we had looked around at a couple places and found them as painful a process as trying to buy a used car. We then went to Cookstown and were so happy to find exactly what were were looking for, and agree upon a fair price with no fuss at all. That alone made us think Cookstown was fantastic. Ashley was amazing answering all our first time buyer questions. But when we went to pick up our used RV we were totally blown away with the work that had been down to make it as good as, if not better than, brand new! Kudos to Marnie as the RV was detailed to a pristine condition. Sean was amazing and spent an hour telling us all about our new RV, showing us how everything worked, giving us pro tips and letting us record it all - so appreciated. We drove off the lot with our new-to-us RV ready to go and loaded with all sorts of extras that we would need. We were able to take it camping a couple times before winter set in, and everything worked perfectly - no hidden surprises. . We can’t say enough good things about our experience at Cookstown.

Wir haben über Canusa ein RV (C small) für 2,5 Wochen im Oktober gebucht.
Der Transfer vom Flughafenhotel Toronto zur Fraserway Station hat gut geklappt.
Vor Ort wurde uns das Fahrzeug erklärt und alles gezeigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und sprachen sogar deutsch.
Das Wohnmobil war genau wie vorgestellt und gebucht. Es machte einen neuwertigen und sauberen Eindruck. Die Ausstattung war wie erwartet umfangreich. Sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Wäscheklammern waren vorhanden.
Auch auf den 2,5 Wochen unseres Trips hat alles gut funktioniert.
Lediglich die Matratze (Alkoven) war etwas hart. Dies hat die Mitarbeiterin bei der Abgabe aufgenommen und versucht dies für die nächste Saison zu verbessern.
Die Abgabe hat ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden Fraserway absoult weiterempfehlen.

Hi All...I reached out to Fraserway in Cookstown to order an awning. I was advised that the one person there does handles parts ordering is away until March, and no one else can assist me. This is not a unique situation, and apparently, it's the same every year.

It seems like they can support you for about 9 months of the year. Very poor experience and service. If you need support or parts this time of year, you will need to work with another dealer.

Update: Shawn, thanks for the reply. I asked the manager, who answered the call, if there were any other options to get a quote, and I was repeatedly told there was nothing that could be done until March. I even asked if I had purchased an RV at your location and needed a part to which she responded I would need to wait. I would have been happy to leave my information but was advised my query would only be actioned in March. There is nothing on your website that indicates that your parts are closed until your parts manager returns.

I appreciate your responding, but it feels like you are only offering to assist now based on my review.
