My autistic daughter wanted her ears pierced but fought getting it done so much so she ended up with her hand bleeding. I explain situation to Trayce and she was willing to try. So accommodating and pleasant. Explained step by step to my daughter what she was doing and was great at distracting her and only a few tears my baby has her ears pierced.... no blood! Would recommend Trayce to anyone who will listen! AMAZING experience with an AMAZING person!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and skill. I'm going through a glow up to get ready for my upcoming wedding and Trayce at Fresh Face anesthetics has been transforming me like I'm Cinderella and she's my fairy God mother. Trayce is amazing to say the least! She's very knowledgeable, skilled, genuine, and professional. I haven't had eyebrows in 20 years and I don't wear makeup. I was nervous that I would look ridiculous and was hesitant to make the appointment. I heard many good things about Fresh Face Asthetics and decided to go for it. Trayce gave me the gift of very natural looking brows that suit my face, and zero effort is needed on my part! It's been 7 months, and I still find myself starring at my eyebrows! She really helped build up my self confidence.
I also have CF and felt very comfortable with the cleanliness and sterilization at Fresh Face Asthetics. Trayce went out of her way to make sure I was safe and comfortable, and completely satisfied with the result.

I am still perplexed about this experience as I write this review. I’ve been here a couple of times for a lash lift with no problems. I then messaged in May as I had just lost my dog and was interested in a tattoo of her paw print. I messaged and was asked to send a picture, which I did. No response. It’s now June, I have messaged multiple times and then phones and left a message. I then got a message back from Trayce that she could not take me as she was too busy, which I don’t understand because there was no mention of any issue in May, and if you’re too busy you book someone later on. Unprofessional to say the least.

Tracey is amazing! She is meticulous about getting the perfect brow shape and I felt like she really listened to my goals and helped explain the whole process of permanent makeup when doing my powder brows. I've had both my initial brows and my follow up touch up done with Tracey. This is my first experience with permanent makeup and Tracey made it really easy!
