This fine grocery store is a very reliable source for my fruits and vegetables (Among other items) and is relatively cheaper than other locations. The food isn't always of best quality, but I will let that pass. FreshCo never disappoints in terms of their wide range of options.

In terms of discount grocery stores this one knows what they are doing. Never seen a Freshco so clean from the floors to the registers. Service is always quick and pleasant and products are usually well stocked.

I always have a good experience there. Today was very exceptional so I had to give this rating. I believe it was the store manager but the point is she took the time to call and get the information I needed and was very pleasant to deal with. We don't get this everyday but after so long I got a good customer service experience. Thank you so much fpr your service. Makes me feel welcomed ☺️ always!

Recently tried to price match some standard plain chicken wings i have done this several times, as I frequent shop at freshco. The supervisor initials (C) told me any food that is weighed or is pre packaged outside of the store cannot be price matched. This is a blatant lie as all the food has a weight and is pre packaged in other locations then delivered to store in a semi truck. GORDS*
Long story short the grocery store did not know how to price match, the employees including the manager are not trained so frescho can ultimately increase record sales. I spoke to the head office mgr the next day, initials (A) she did not apologize. Her response "if you come back we can price match". Smh. Do better Frescho!

Great store. Very clean and extremely friendly staff!!!
Taking a star off for two reasons which I hope the management can fix/improve:
1- Prices scanned are different than prices that you see on shelves and in the produce section. When you bring it up to cashier’s attention, they have to walk over and grab the whole sign. The answer I got was “oh the prices must be going up later today and they are already programmed in the system.” Firstly don’t increase the prices on the system before you change prices on your products, unless you’re hoping people don’t notice so you can trick people by showing them something on the product but charging them a higher price. Second: why are prices going higher? If you’re priding yourself on cheaper prices, why are you making your prices same as Fortinos?
2- shopping carts are plenty at the entrance but I couldn’t see the smaller shopping baskets that you can carry around. I only needed few items and having a basket would have been quick and easy but couldn’t see them near the entrance where you usually find them.

I just picked up a bunch of flowers from their garden centre. The Young man working there was wonderful very polite kid, friendly asked if we needed anything, also got us a buggy. Excellent selection and good prices.
