Excellent service and knowledge! We purchased a new door for our very old napoleon woodstove through friendly fires and they were so helpful. Hailey helped us identify our model and owners manual online and was able to locate the replacement part for us despite that other stores told us it was discontinued and could not be purchased. She went above and beyond for us even though it is their busy season. We will certainly come back for future needs.

Glad we choose Friendly Fires when we needed to replace our old gas fire. Hayley's serivce in the store was superb and The process of inspection and installation was a pleasant experience.

The installers were Hery Penyk and Jason Hucaluk. They went the extra mile to carefully plan and execute a rather tricky installation of the pipe. They managed to get it done without any damage to the ceiling. We were super happy with that and with their great attitude and friendly disposition.
A job well done!!.

They were excellent, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions , explained how the new thermostat worked and resolved all of the issues. My wife and I were looking to install an insert fireplace and a stand alone fireplace. We were doing our research and Friendly Fires proved to be great from the start.
Before making any decisions, we visited the Cobourg show room. Hayley answered all of our questions and showed us the units available. She was very patient and informative as we navigated our options.
