This was my first time at this clinic and I thought the service was excellent at every level. Booking an appointment was easy and convenient, my appointment started not long after the scheduled time, and, I was prescribed medication, and referred to an appropriate resource in regards to my situation. Finally, Jasmin presented as attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely professional! The clinic was a great resource for me at a time when I am without a family doctor.

I had a great experience with this clinic today! I booked my appointment online like required, and I was in and out of the clinic within 15 minutes. My son was evaluated in person, and then received the prescription we were hoping for from the doctor, virtually. Puffers and antibiotics for his symptoms.

Booked an appointment for today at 9AM. Had a text confirmation and double checked hours. And yet nobody was there. I waited over an hour. I asked the pharmacist in case there was an emergency. Nope. She apologized for your mistakes and admitted that this happens a lot after changing to a private owner. Luckily for myself, I was able to be seen at a walk-in clinic today. As for the other 3 or 4 people waiting for their appointments, I hope they find a place more reliable as well. Finding a doctor is hard enough, why make it more difficult by being unreliable and unprofessional?

First off I’d like to say that Jasmin Forget and Bradley Pecore were awesome and made the visit flawless. Couldn’t ask for better service .

Here’s the issue if you want to book here . I paid online and filled out the form. Both the wife and myself had 3 simple issues such as a prescription renewal and a referral to another doctor . We had a call from upper management about all these the day before the visit . Gave all the information and all was ok. Come to checking in , all ok , once we were in the room, we were told only one issue per visit .
We only spent 1 min on the phone with the actual doctor that basically just gave an ok.
I’m working 7am -8 pm every day and we have a child. How is that fair to charge someone and then just offload that you took our money and we have to take time off work and burn gas to come back another 2 times .
My wife had to choose between an OB appointment and allergy medication.
Tell me how that’s ethical please ?

If you have more than a cough and a sneeze, might as well sign up for a year membership so we can tackle the healthcare system one step at a time.

Booked an appointment for my daughter and I as I suspected thrush but required confirmation.Was called previous to appointment for a potential cancellation on their end. Called back and explained that we both had a fever 1.5 days prior and was told to wait a few minutes as he would call clinic to verify if we could be seen but offered advice twice that "we should stay home instead and figure it out ourselves".
Advise like this in my opinion could lead to serious health risks and should never be offered as advise.
P.S. he never called back to confirm my appointment so I went elsewhere.
