My partner required several items from Functions at Home to support him after knee surgery. From start to finish AD and his team were absolutely amazing. Delivery was prompt, the equipment was clean and well taken care of, and AD was very accommodating with providing multiple receipts for my insurance claims. We will absolutely recommend and use functions at home again in the future. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent overall experience dealing with Function at Home in getting our Father a lift chair for his home. Service was amazing as they delivered and setup chair within 24 hours. Highly recommend for any needed equipment for elderly (scooters, wheelchairs, lift chairs etc). Much appreciated!

Best possible service!! After a frustrating time looking for a suitable scooter at several places, they took the time and made the effort to find the perfect fit. (Even though they knew we were from out of town and unlikely to be customers!) The service was so good it was worth our time and expense to drive from Grimsby to deal with them. Thanks for all your help and empathy...I would give them the highest possible recommendation!

A great company to deal with. I would highly recommend.
Bassim was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was running late, by just a few minutes, but he made me feel comfortable and said he’d wait until I got there. I’d like to add that it was a Friday of a long weekend.

We needed some medical equipment (a bed and a wheelchair) and Amin at the store location was more than helpful. He took the time with us to show us the ins and outs of the equipment and even spent time to adjust the wheelchair to the proper settings. We paid for the equipment right at the store and for no extra charge they were kind enough to offer delivery and did so on the Saturday only a few days later!

Then Basem and Lith came to deliver and were very respectful gentleman as well. They came in and set up the bed and spent the time to show me how to use it as well. Basem told me as well if there’s any questions at all to not hesitate to ask and they were a quick call or text away. I also asked about a few ramp lips for a few of my doors and Basem said they had someone they could give my contact info to who already has contacted me to set that appointment up.

Would definitely recommend Function At Home as they were super helpful from start to finish!
