Wow you guys are amazing! Thank you for our new hot water tank! We lost hot water and phoned for help and these guys arrived in mere hours! They saved our day! We have used them before for issues with our furnace. Wonderful customer service! I cannot say enough, but thank you so very much!

Off the bat I want to say this has nothing to do with the actual work done, I’m sure these guys are great and even better that it’s family owned! But the office manager Sharon was quite displeasing.
I reached out for a bit of help and redirecting as I’m a newbie to the industry, and was met with a response filled of attitude and accusations, which was quite discouraging.

Fusion plumbing has given me the most amazing and best service I have ever received in the longest time. I called them at about 9:00 PM because I had no heat in my house. They called me back shortly after and asked me a few questions. After our conversation I was told that they would be at the house within 20 minutes. They found the problem but had to get parts. Before 8:00 AM in the morning they were at the house to repair the problem. Excellent work and service. I will go to no one else should I ever have a problem. Truly people who care and look after their customers.

Called to have someone check out an issue with my furnace on Aug 31st. I was told that a guy named Norm would call me back to schedule a time to come by to check out the issue. I never did get a call back, so went with Mountain View RV, who responded immediately, and did the necessary repairs in a timely manner and at a fair price.

Norm and Jared are total pros and do really high quality work. They installed a new boiler and hot water tank for our family and we will gladly call them back for any of our plumbing needs. It can be a pain getting someone to come out to a rural location like ours but Fusion came without hesitation. Highly recommended.
