I recently had the pleasure of receiving custom orthotics from Patricia at Fuzion foot care.I couldn't be more impressed with both the quality of the product and the outstanding customer service. This is the 2nd time I have seen Patricia (followed her from her previous location).

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Patricia took the time to thoroughly assess my feet, listen to my new concerns, and explain the entire process. I was really impressed with the level of care and attention to detail. The fitting was done with precision, and the orthotics were tailored to my specific needs.

Since wearing my custom orthotics, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my comfort and overall foot health. I can now walk longer distances without discomfort, again!

Additionally, the customer service throughout the process was exceptional. The staff was always available to answer my questions, and they made sure I was satisfied with the fit and function of the orthotics. I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind, which made the entire experience even better.

I highly recommend Patricia at Fuzion Foot Care and Orthotics for anyone seeking professional, personalized care for their feet. I will be back in the future for my next pair.

Absolutely five stars for Patricia Wilson, Chiropodist! My son recently had a very painful infected toe, and Patricia provided exceptional care both online and during our in-office visit. From the moment we arrived, we were seen promptly and never felt rushed. Patricia took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and treatment plan, making sure we understood everything. While my Sunlife insurance isn't directly accepted, the quality of care we received was so outstanding that it simply didn't matter. Patricia's expertise and compassionate approach made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch chiropody services.

Extremely rude staff and poor service. They are not friendly and will let you wait without greeting you. Additionally, they do not bill with Sunlife. Even if you paid and tried submitting, apparently they just don’t deal with that insurance company. How can a medical business not deal with a large insurance corporation? Do they do something unethical with their company so they can’t bill to all insurance providers? I wouldn’t trust them.

Do not book an appointment here. What a joke.
