My son and I had our annual eye appointments coming up. This year we went to FYI Doctors in Fort Saskatchewan. Mariana, at the front desk was so warm and welcoming, both on the phone and in person that we already felt that this was going to be a good experience. Then we saw Dr Van Spengen. She was so knowledgeable and caring. She was also very thorough and took the time to explain things to both of us. Thank you FYI Doctors for taking care of our eyes! We will see you next year!

Kind, friendly, professional staff. Felt like I was the only one there getting star treatment. They are willing to listen and help to the beat ability. By far the best eye clinic I've ever been to. And Navada was very kind and patient with both me and my daughter taking the time to help us pick the best frames ever. And making sure we understood everything. Deffently refer anyone who needs an eye appointment.

I was there looking for new glasses and realized that I needed to have my prescription updated as well. The doctor was really kind to me and explained everything super clearly. When I made it to the part where I had to pick out new frames, there was a really friendly and knowledgeable lady named Lacey (if I remember correctly). She was patient and explained all my options. Hands down I will be making this my go to clinic from now on.

I quit going here 5 years ago due to the extremely incapable and rude front end staff, from booking appointments incorrectly to arguing with me that contact lenses that had my literal name labelled on them weren’t there for me, I’d had enough and switched to Ross creek. Recently I had to take my grandmother in for an appointment and I can tell you they are as rude, entitled, and incapable as ever. Which is a real shame because Dr. Skwarok himself is fantastic, but not enough to have to put up with the incompetence and insolence of the support staff.
