Walked around trying on glasses in the store and sunglasses. All the women in there were huddled around talking amongst eachother. Not on of them asked if I needed help with my selection. Because of that I will be headed to a different store to make my eye appointment and purchase glasses from them. I will not be using FYI Doctors because of this. They never once checked to see if I needed anything. Also a bit more expensive for frames, no service and more money loses my business. Headed to Aurora I’m thinking.

Update: 1hr after I left Courtney from FYI doctors contacted me . She was super kind and empathetic to the situation. I explained what went on and she wanted to rectify that. Super appreciative of the fact she called, and even though I made an appointment with one of there other stores across town. The fact she made that effort to call and change the situation I would go back to them just for that fact. Thanks Courtney for caring I appreciate that. It shows that this will be an isolated experience.

Our recent experience at FYidoctors in Grande Prairie was exceptional. Cherokee's assistance in our navigating prescription sunglasses that not only looked great but did the job of protecting my eyes this summer as I prepare to undergo cataract surgery in the future was very appreciated. She was patient and understanding of my visual needs and preferences and even ordered other frames for me to look at. We really enjoyed working with her--she's personable, friendly, and professional. She followed up checking to see how my new sunglasses are working out, inviting me back if I need any adjustments or other assistance in future. Thank you, Cherokee, and FYI staff!

I couldn't be happier with how amazing and over the top these guys went for my hubby during his time of need. He had a work place injury involving his eyes and fyidr got him in right away and did everything they could to help and follow up was fantastic. We won't be going anywhere else in the future.

On my way to Edmonton with family my glasses broke. I have a fairly strong prescription, and didn't want to resort to tape or super glue. I called them and explained my dilemma. They called an FYI location in Edmonton for me, found my exact frame, so all I had to do was go and have my lenses popped out of the broken frames and into the new ones. Thank goodness!
