I am so lucky to have the optometrist I do, highly recommend Dr. Joel Heath. He is so knowledgeable, kind, personable and just an overall incredible clinician. He has caught things missed by other optometrists (other companies always seemed to have different doctors every time I’d go in) and he ensures proper monitoring to prevent issues. Appointments are never rushed and he takes the time to explain everything he does. I have been in many optometry clinics over the years, I’ve needed corrective lenses for close to 30 years, and Dr. Heath is the best doctor I’ve ever had.

Ive been going to fyi doctors for over a decade now and honestly am so disappointed with how the front end treated me this morning.
I hope you have a better day and treat people with a little more kindness and empathy . For purchasing my glasses less then a 6 months ago and zero help being told if they break them trying to fix them its not on them. Asked if I could use a tool to help fix was told no and just glared at . Think its time to find a new place because thats not it. As someone who works in retail i couldn't imagine having such a lack of compassion and client help.

Left a different FYI drs. After a less than stellar experience with no service. The minute I walked through the door at the westgate clinic I was met with smiles and great service and help from Jeorga ( I apologize for the mis spelling). She was awesome, great knowledge about the product, kind and helpful. She let me know about the optometrist there and how good he is . I made my appointment with him and chose to do business with them because of Jeorga. She is a great asset to your store. Would recommend dealing with her for sure. Will be purchasing very expensive sun glasses through her as well as my expensive regular readers. Thanks again for your help Jeorga

I have trouble with things coming near my eyes; the optometrist was amazing in dealing with this phobia. The front staff is amazing! They found fashionable frames and lenses that work with my life style, and they have always been great with tightening the frames. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Special shout out to Meranda, whom made sure I knew exactly what I was going to pay after checking my insurance. I could say more, but let it be sufficient to say that I'd give a 6 star rating out of 5, if I could.

Not impress with Dr Joel yesterday.
Took my friends children here for their very first eye exam ever age 15 9 &4 it turns out the oldest 2 need glasses.
Dr Joel makes a comment saying in front of those children that's a shame it it's not been looked into before .me gathering my thoughts than I respond they have had a few very hard years. they just recently lost their mom after a long battle. Than he said I'm sorry. I said me to .I thought he knew that I took my friends children I made that very clear when I booked the appointment & when I showed up for the appointment.
Than after it's all said & done we get the estimate for glasses that are supposed to be a good deal .the total was $385 for 2 pairs not bad since they both have standard lenses .
Than I told her they won't be around for another week to 3 weeks than she gaves me another price for $589 & they can do it the same day .
How Is this legal ?

Amazing experience at FYI Westgate! Dr. Heath was fantastic, very friendly and personable. The staff were also very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Would highly recommended if you are looking for a new optometrist.🤓

DrJoel Heath is without a doubt the BEST optometrist I've been to. My kids and I have been going to him since the kids were old enough for eye exams (probably 6 years now). He's so personable, and makes the whole experience very informative and stress free. You know you've found a great Dr when your kids cheer that they get to go to his office.

I highly recommend Dr Heath & FYI Doctors to anyone looking for vision care!
