I would like to preface this review by stating that I normally have no issues with this clinic or its workers, but the experience I have had today can only be described as bottom of the barrel, dare I say abysmal. My family doctor had to leave minutes before I arrived today, and I was made to meet up with one of the assistants/secretaries instead. The old woman with entirely grey hair, I believe her name was Heather, has an arrogance and inflated ego that would give a cartoon villain a run for his money. She will not believe a word you say to her, and will go ask the other secretaries if what you have told her is true. She will tell those secretaries the incorrect information due to misunderstandings she will make seem like its your fault they happened in the first place, and then return to give you even more incorrect information because she asked a question based on incorrect information, then proceed to argue with you about it because the literal government told you the direct opposite, but she thinks she knows better than you because she's a medical professional. She will barely even check your file, even if she does not know something about your medical history, which it is likely that she will not know most things because she is an assistant, not your family doctor. She will only read an email halfway through, claim that what you need is something that you do not, even when further into the email, it states that you require the thing you have been telling her you need for the past 20 minutes. She will take personal offense to you asking to reschedule because your family doctor will understand what you are asking for and you could've left 15 minutes ago, but instead you had to sit here and argue with an assistant who has a superiority complex riddled tone that would make Syndrome from The Incredibles jealous, all because she will not believe a single word you say, and argue with you about what you heard directly from the government and have an email saying exactly what you're saying, but she didn't even read half of it. And after all of this, she will CALL YOUR MOTHER ON THE PHONE, accuse you of somehow being rude and nasty despite you desperately trying to be kind and patient with the rude old woman arrogantly telling you that she knows what you actually need and that you're not being honest, which might I just say, is INCREDIBLY unbecoming of a woman her age, and then proceed to further argue with your mother because your mother also has that same email, and has no intention of letting this egotistical secretary slander her son with baseless accusations, and also has no intention of letting this secretary lie about what you told her at your appointment, or lie about the facts because she wants to believe what she "heard" from you, which was completely incorrect considering half the things I heard from my mother were so absurdly false that I almost vomited from laughter. Please do better.

Thankful to have him as our family physician. Has helped us get a lot of issues checked out sending us in to appropriate doctors. Still working on a few things but good for the day to day and temporary issues too. Not usually too long of a wait to get in
