I cannot recommend Kinesiologist Inaya enough for the incredible care and support she's provided in helping me manage my pain. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Genuvis Health. After recovering for over eight months following a car accident, I had made significant progress and was finally close to feeling normal again. Unfortunately, after a recent treatment on December 10, 2024, my symptoms have drastically worsened.

The treatment caused severe pain in my neck and shoulders, intense headaches, and, alarmingly, numbness and cramping in my right hand. These symptoms have taken me back to the worst days after my accident, and I am now forced to rely on painkillers multiple times a day just to function.

This setback has severely impacted my physical health, my ability to work, and my overall quality of life. I feel the treatment was far too aggressive and caused more harm than good.

Patients trust clinics like Genuvis Health to help them heal, not make their condition worse. I hope the clinic takes feedback seriously to prevent others from experiencing similar issues.

Dr. Ahmed is a true blessing to have in my life. I find her to be very understanding and knowledgeable in all my medical needs. She knows just what to do. She and her staff are extreamly friendly and easy to talk to. I consider her to be an asset for my everyday life. Dr. Ahmed is the best doctor I have ever had in my 59 years. I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment you walk in you feel really welcome! The clinic itself is very beautiful and their prices are more than fair, I would even say the best in the city!
I came in for a consultation for my skin, I got to meet the medical esthetician Hannah and nurse Sandra - they are lovely and very experienced ladies! They answered all my questions and explained procedures thoroughly. I had a peel with Hannah, she made sure I was comfortable and went over every step with me. I also booked for injectables with Sandra! I can’t wait to see my results and very excited to come for future treatments here!! 🙂

Attended this clinic for some lip fillers about a month ago. All I can say is WOW. The staff were super friendly and professional. I always get nervous right before a procedure and they made sure that I was comfortable and educated about what the procedure entailed. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr. ahmed is competent but just as altruistic. She genuinely cares for her patients and as an anesthesiologist, it’s uncommon for them to even sit down and listen to someone because they are not important enough. Love her and the entire staff thank you from the bottom of my heart

The best pain management clinic in all of Calgary.Dr Sana always listens to my problems and issues, regarding my health she then comes up with better plans and gives me the best advice in order for me to do better with my health. Huzefa is very good at helping me with my pain in my shoulder and neck. I always leave the clinic feeling better than before. I definitely recommend this clinic. You guys are the best !
