I was put in touch with Bill Roberge and Sales, He’s very experienced and informative. He also set up a service call for me, In which the repair was made the same day. The service tech did a great job. He was in and out quick. Did it once over in my furnace, and the invoice still came in lower than the quote.. I couldn’t ask for more.

Our central air quit working during the recent heat wave.
Bill came out the next morning, reviewed our situation and quoted a new unit during his visit.
The crew arrived promptly as scheduled. They were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they would be doing.
Within 4 hours our new system was installed and running.

I initially made a service call on my a/c unit that was 24 years old, the condenser would not start up. The technician even tried to jumpstart it, no go. They sent two sales guys over Joe & Bill, they were wonderful to talk to, and knowledgeable about their products. I ended up going with a Ruud to replace my old unit, the sales team even waived my initial technician fee.

Gillanders Heating is Top Notch and Very Affordable!
We Tried Two Other Big HVAC Companies for Ridiculous Quotes and Scare Tactics Galore LOL. The Well Trained and Helpful Technicians and Super Friendly Office Staff Just Saved us Over $7000.00 of what R*** Wanted as Our Older Gas Furnace Was Still Fine for Several More Years Operation and Only Needed One Major Part and a Thorough Inspection and Blower Assembly Cleaning. We Have Already Joined the Convenient and Affordable Yearly Maintenance Plan for the Furnace and the Water Heater Too for $ 15 Per Month.
We Have Also Recommended Gillanders Heating to Our Neighbors and Friends in the Chatham-Kent Area!

Gillanders is amazing! Great, timely service. My technician Mike was very knowledgable and polite. I needed a part replaced on my furnace and even including the diagnostic time, I was very pleased with the price! Would absolutely recommend this company!
