Golden Rural

This year 2021 I subscribed to golden rule Internet unlimited. At 1st I was quite skeptical. There were some people that had said their service was a hit or miss and unreliable at times. I'm gonna be perfectly honest I've had the service for 5 months in a pretty remote area and the service was fantastic and very reliable. I highly recommend their service. Also, as good as their service is they say it's only gonna get better. I've spoken to the technicians on several occasions and they are constantly working to improve their product. Thank you golden rule.

Called at 9am as my service was down. Answered first call and said they would notify service crew. Got a call back in 20 minutes and on site 15 minutes later. Found problem and repaired within 45 minutes. Had heard service was not great but mine was excellent service. Something has obviously changed for the better in the area of service.

Long-time customers but over time the service has degraded in quality substantially and the customer service is hardly there to help you at all. I'd really love to recommend this service like I used to but until they resolve my issues or at least pick up the phone there would be no reason for me to make that kind of suggestion. No contact by e-mail, can't get a hold of them over the phone, can't use the service. Barely worth the second star, but they haven't cut it off yet so there's at least something good happening.

Currently on data so I can write this review! I would love to say that the service is garbage... but it's actually non-existent. Good luck getting a response to your calls or emails. Over 24 hours with no internet, most of us are working at home or have online schooling so this is unacceptable. At the very least communicate on your website or Facebook page that there are outages and let us know when we can expect the service to be back. Maybe this one star review will get your attention.

Poor customer service. Cannot get hold of them when internet goes down, full mail box so unable to leave a message. Messenger…no response. Email no response. Internet sketchy, questionable speeds. One can understand no internet due to severe weather, but there is no excuse for poor customer service and keeping customers in the loop about outages and when internet will likely return. I give one star in order to write this review otherwise it would be zero stars.

This is a real, current, customer review. The service is absolutely pathetic. The connection is completely unstable and jumps around so much. We are not getting what we pay for. It seems the company cannot provide the services they say they offer. The prices are extremely high as well for the small amount of MB they offer. Don't waste your money here.

I'd give zero stars if I could. You'll never get anywhere close to the speeds you pay for. Your connection will completely cut out several times per week. Customer service is a foreign concept to them.
