My Grandpa's here. Seems like a great place. Clean, big, lots of things to do I think maybe. Also Had good meeting with their team and all our family to discuss current and future needs or concerns and this is supposed to an Annual meeting too which is important. We're happy he got in here. Easy parking too.

I thought it was fairly well kept on the outside. Because of covid we had a courtyard visit. We were 5 minutes late due to a construction detour and we were greeted very rudely by one of the male staff members. Another female staff member was very friendly.

My Mom is a resident here, she gets good care, and some of the staff are awesome, and some are not.

They take good care of their residents. Comply with COVID protocols. Even let us video chat with our resident. Clean and safe. Thank you Good Samaritan Stony Plain Care Centre!
