The receptionist (ISH) was incredibly friendly and very helpful. I had some query which she addressed very patiently.. She went above and beyond to make my visit as smooth and pleasant as possible. Thank you so much ISH.. Excellent customer service.. Highly recommended clinic.. 👌👌👌👌

Today, I went to the clinic to see a doctor, and the woman at the reception started talking to me about a review I left about one of the doctors. This is just ridiculous. They’re confronting me about my review and lying, saying that I said I didn’t want to visit the clinic anymore. But I never said that, I was only talking about a specific doctor, hezam wael, who got mad because I got a referral for an ultrasound from another doctor since he refused to give me one when I was PREGNANT. And as it turned out later, I urgently needed that ultrasound. Now I’m convinced that it’s not just one terrible doctor here, the entire clinic is awful. I never got to see the doctor because the woman at the reception wanted me to say that I was satisfied with the clinic, but I’m not!

Since I moved to GP, I’ve had to come in every so often for prescription refills and bloodwork. Receptionist is always amazing. She has a lot to deal with but extremely well organized. The dr. Is also very friendly and willing to listen and help. Top notch, it’s usually very busy. But can’t ask for better.

I have struggled to find a doctor since moving to gp and started coming to the walk in clinic! My doctor is amazing and cares about what I am telling him and doesn’t dismiss my thoughts or feelings or make me feel like im not be heard.
The lady at the front desk is always so awesome, kind, caring and also makes you feel welcome! You can tell that she takes on a huge roll there having to deal with so many people coming through the door each day and handles it so well!
Thank you to both of them! I will continue coming here as it’s the best for me! 😊

I went into the clinic on Friday and we got there at 2pm when they started taking walk ins. The receptionist is absolutely amazing! There was probably 20+ people waiting in line it went out the door.. she got them all checked in within the span of 15 minutes while the phone was ringing. She is a AMAZING multi tasking. She was kind, informative and I was shocked how well she handled the pressure of people asking how much longer it was going to take and she did it all with a smile. We had a small chat when she took me into the doctors room and she just makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. The doctor was also really nice. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I’m pretty sure he was the only dr in that day and that place was packed.. there needs to be more doctors out there and it so unfortunate of the shortage because it puts so much pressure on those who love their jobs trying to give the best medical attention to their patients.. something seriously needs to be done because 1 person can only handle so much. This is just my opinion I think that dr did an exceptional job given the circumstances.. if you do decide to go here be prepared for a really long wait and have some compassion for the health care workers as there’s only limited ones out there right now.

This place is truly outstanding. I've been coming here for over a year now, and every visit feels like a seamless experience. The doctors are fantastic—they take the time to really listen to my concerns and work with me on finding the best solutions. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Mahfud, and he is absolutely exceptional. His care and attention to detail have made all the difference in my treatment. 👍🏽

I have been coming to this walk in for over two years now and they have always been so welcoming and understanding to me. usually I have horrible experiences with going to the doctors, but every single time I come to this walk in they make sure I am fully taken care of. I’m horrible with names but my lady at the front desk has been there as long as i’ve been coming to this clinic and all I can say is we’re so very lucky to have her, as well as the doctor who’s been very very helpful to me as I’ve had my health journey here in Grande Prairie.
