I was travelling and needed to have the breakpads swapped out on my GL1800. The team at GP Motorsports were BRILLIANT!!! Great service and a smile - what more could someone ask for!

Good luck trying to get ahold of anybody. They hound you at the start and make it seem like they want your business, but after the deal is done, good luck. I have been texted and calling since Thursday last week asking for a copy of the inspection report on the trailer I purchased, and have yet to hear any response. Can't even leave a message because their mailbox is full. Very unprofessional in my opinion,

Never take anything here to be serviced , they will charge and charge and charge and never fix anything. I took it in for a oil change and to flash a transmission, they didn't do either and still a $200 bill that was after they had my atv for months to replace the clutches and screwed that up completely. They changed their name in between my visits and I didn't think it was still them or I never would of brought it here the second time. Worst place in gp to have anything done.

I wanted a specific motorcycle. and GP Motorsports Alberta had the only one I could find close to me in Canada. I am in BC, which posed a challenge. I made contact with Viraj and he helped me constantly throughout the process.

We did the entire deal, with text, email and phone and I bought the bike sight unseen. Viraj also provide shipping options. The bike was delivered to my home in a dry secure van. The van had a wheel chock and proper tie downs. Bob delivered it to me and it was perfect, no scratches or anything. Brand new as promised.

Thanks Viraj, Bob, Carrie and the whole team for helping me find the perfect motorcycle for me.
