Graham is the first audiologist that treated me like a patient and not sales opportunity. Graham has been beyond generous and professional, making sure that I was 100% happy and comfortable with the product I purchased. Graham even mailed me the parts that I forgot to pick up! I recommended that my mother in law book a consult with Graham, and she has never been happier with her hearing aids and the service. I recommend him to anyone who will listen!

I have been under the care of Graham Cole for two years now. He is without doubt the most professional, competent, knowledgeable hearing specialist I have seen. I’ve been suffering from hearing loss for close to 20 years and have been to several hearing aid clinics over the years. I’ve learned so much from Graham about my personal hearing loss. His compassion and understanding of what his patients go through is truly what makes him unique. He is caring, patient and kind. I also learned the important difference between an audiologist and a hearing aid specialist. Grahams educational degree as an Audiologist gives him so much more knowledge and understanding of hearing loss. I highly recommend him.
