We've been going to Dr. Robinson for about 15 years now. We've found him remarkable knowledgeable and curious to find the answers to any questions he doesn't know the answer too. He helped me get referrals to Hamilton Health sciences for surgery and he was empathetic and encouraging when we needed to patch our sons eye for years when he was really young. And it worked! Thanks Dr. Robinson for reassuring us through our eye health journeys.

That was refreshing!
Dr. Ann listened and had answers. Not just a few technical words and away ya go out the door. But she made sure I understood and answered my questions. And the staff were also amazing. I think I met everyone in the office.
So glad a friend recommended I go there!

I am a new patient to GRO and I had a great experience. The front reception staff were welcoming and organized. Dr Moore was very kind and extremely thorough, he explained everything to me in detail. The office is warm and friendly. I had my appt over my lunch hour and was back to work in time!! Thankyou everyone at GRO!

Wanted to give a big shoutout to the staff at Grand River Optometry for a great experience for my comprehensive eye exam. From start to finish I felt cared for and never rushed. Thank you to Dr. Yasmin for taking extra care for taking your time even though I felt like it took a little longer for me to distinguish between two lenses. Thanks for your insight and patience it shows you care about your patients and I’ll definitely be back in a few years. Glad that my eyes have been checked and are healthy!

My time is as valuable as Dr. Robinson's time. I book appointments to fortify an efficient workday and I am never, ever, late. Arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment at 8:15 am, filling out the new client paperwork in a couple of minutes and then sitting dormant for half an hour should never be considered good customer service. The cool and collected receptionist, has little empathy for them running extremely behind schedule, so it must be the norm. With so much competition in this market, they may be well advised to lengthen their appointment times, rather than leave people staring out a window at a parking lot. There is no way the review rating is this high. Most of the reviews seem to revolve around the excellent service recieved through the Optic House next door. Bottom line is that my family of seven is still searching for a competent, professional eye care establishment in Brantford who understands that being on time is just as important as being a good doctor.

Came today for my first visit and it was wonderful. All staff were friendly and their customer service was top notch. Their office was impeccably clean and Optometrist Yasmin Jindani was so kind. I really enjoyed my appointment and will be booking my husband and son in shortly for appointments of their own. Thanks so much for a great experience!
