I visited Grand Wellness for an 60 minutes massage after 8 years. They have the same service which they had before when they had their business on Brant avenue. Blake whom I saw for my massage was fantastic. Heidi the owner and her business partner had made their place so welcoming. Staff and atmosphere is great. It was great to visit Grand wellness after a long time.

Was our first time going to the salt caves and salt block foot detox! Definitely be going back for a massage and soak. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! It's like walking into a vacation- absolutely relaxing and you leave feeling so good! Jordan was amazing with both her upbeat personality and caring persona! 👏 highly recommend for a relaxing session in the chaos of life!

I have been to Grand Wellness several times for the salt cave & foot detox it was always a luxury experience. The front desk staff are always so friendly and friendly. Today I went in for a facial & pedicure with Jennilee and it was AMAZING! I’m a tired mom of three small children and I truly felt relaxed and rejuvenated by this spa experience. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Buyer beware if you get a groupon for this place. The manager expects the client to do "all" their research and lays blame on YOU, the client, when you point out that the service time you paid for is not the actual amount of time you get for the service. The manager was rude, condescending and in front of staff and other clients yelled at both my husband and I for asking for clarification. We had proof of what we were saying and instead of giving a professional polite service/manner to handle the honest confusion we had, the manager thought berating a couple was the right solution? There are better spa's that wouldn't dream of giving this type of attitude nor service to their clients. According to the manager who works HERE, make sure you call and email every little thing because they simply just dont care 🙂

My mom and I went and we did the salt cave and soak for two.

The soak was lovely! I had the harmony soak and my mom got the beer soak. The water temperature was great, the tub fit me just perfectly (I'm 5'5 - 165cm), there were various colours of rose petals, and it smells amazing! It's about a 25 minute soak.

The salt cave was interesting. Halotherapy is great for detoxing and preventing infections. We did 45 minutes. The chairs are reclining patio chairs. I don't recommend it if you have dry skin or dry air ways (nose and/or throat). After 45 minutes, my nose was quite uncomfortable. I think the salt cave would be better to do in the summer as it's 18c in there and can get quite chilly. But they do give you blankets and all the complimentary coffee, tea, apple cider, and cold drinks you could want.

They also have beer, wine, and I believe a few cocktails that you can purchase to drink at the spa. They also have a few snacks and knick knacks such as candles, honey, and lip balm you can purchase.

Overall a nice spa experience!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Sierra this evening for a massage. She is very welcoming, professional and good at what she does. Would highly recommend anyone to ask for her. Definitely will be booking with her again !

I saw Sara McCready for Reiki and Light Therapy @ GW and let me tell you this lady is spectacular!! Not only was the Reiki session very healing and relaxing, but is also an excellent intuitive and provided insights into my current life which I found very useful and purposeful. The warm lights made the experience very cozy. I left feeling relaxed & rejuvenated. I highly recommend booking Sara for a Reiki and Light Therapy session! 🙌💫
