I'm not sure if these reviews are seen or considered but the booking system for this office has been so awful the past few years. I love my doctor, I've been a patient for over 20 years but trying to get an appointment is near impossible with this new structure. We must call on a certain day/time to book for the following month and by the time you get through they're already booked up. This is crazy- can you not implement a staggered system? Something needs to be done, this is unacceptable.

My family doctor still currently works here, has delivered my moms first son who’s currently 38 years old & continues to strive treating our family, instead of all the negative comments, yall should check out their online booking site. They provide you with the times AVAILABLE for appointments, even let you chat directly with your family doctor. Won’t respond right away, but that’s okay as long as my requests are being met. I’m grateful to have my family doctor still around, and those that help us on the days we go in as a walkin.❤️❤️

I was on the phone booking an appointment for my boyfriend, I was on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes until I hung up the call. I understand doctor’s offices are really busy right now, but that is completely unacceptable! If your office is so backed up that they don’t have the time to book an appointment I think you should consider hiring an additional receptionist or have a callback service. My sympathies lie with healthcare workers, but as someone who attends another clinic I know an hour on hold is not the standard. This was ridiculous.

Dr. Ayton is simply the best. Despite some ridiculous reviews I’ve read below, he is a patient, quiet man who is both knowledgeable and professional. He has taken the utmost care of me, my wife, and our two daughters. Some below claimed he has a “short temper” and I cannot imagine how that person must have been acting in order to get a rise out of someone so respectful and patient as Dr. Ayton (assuming there’s any truth to it in the first place).

The receptionist at the front desk, however, has one of the nastiest attitudes you’ll ever encounter in the health care field. She’s arrogant and uncaring - it’s clear that she hates her job. Would be better suited to be a receptionist at a mechanic shop.

Booking an appointment is painstaking. This is only made worse by the treatment you receive from the people answering the phones. Wait on hold for 10-15 minutes to be told that “there are no more appointments for the next two weeks and we’re not booking beyond that yet; you’ll have to call back”. This would be more okay if there was any amount of respect or empathy given by the person answering the phones. Instead, it sounds like they’re angry you even had the nerve to call in the first place, and that you should have known they were booked up already. It’s to the point where my wife will avoid calling for a few days cause she’s so anxious about having to talk to the bully that typically answers the phones.

If this place got an online booking system and could get rid of the terrible front facing staff, we’d all be better off. I wish I could give 5 stars for how incredible Dr. Ayton is, but the whole process of getting into his room is a nightmare.

*not a walk in clinic for public - you have to be a registered patient of the clinic*

I have been a patient here my entire life, and have enjoyed my past Doctor who is retired, and my current Doctor. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to listen. The walk in clinic is an added bonus, wait times can be long, but nothing compared to sitting at the hospital.

I brought my baby in today because he got a burn on his hand, and everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse, and the physician was so fast and helpful. I came to seek help using the walk-in-clinic and they managed to fast track my baby and have us in and out in under 30 minutes! It was so incredible and I just want to say thank you to all the employees and practitioners for all your help with me over the last 15+ years and now my baby 🩷

I fractured my heel 5 weeks ago and went to the clinic to see my Doctor right away instead of clogging up the hospital waiting room. I had multiple X-rays done and seen an Orthopedic Specialist in less than one week. A big thanks to Clinic staff and DR. Fernando.
