Very helpful and friendly staff - should write the book on customer service! Steve Vandermolen, pharmacist, took time on a busy afternoon to confirm a script for my elderly mom then followed up a few days later to see how she was doing. Awesome. Highly recommended.

ive been to many pharmacies, but none have the service level and personability i see here. I've been meaning to post this review for some time but keep forgetting. the staff is superb. they answer all questions at the Rx desk i may have, they do their best to meet the needs of clients timeframes, they are thorough with explanations of drugs and interactions. They have even warned me of things i feel my doctor should have but didn't! very very very happy with the gravenhurst IDA team
