One of the most helpful pharmacies in the area, the pharmacists get to know their customers individually. Drive through service is available and this is very helpful since the store is on the Main Street. Parking is available in a small lot or on the street. A postal outlet is located inside as well as a lottery counter.

This isn't just a pharmacy it also has a nice selection of gifts, toys, snacks, hygiene, and a variety of other items as well as a Canada post in it that I use quite a lot. All the staff that work at the IDA are incredibly polite and helpful. They are very covid safe.

I had a double lung transplant 6 months ago and the pharmacists and staff have been very helpful! The drive thru has been very fast and convenient especially during Covid-19. Thank you Gray's IDA

The staff have become too rushed and as a result, too many prescription mistakes lately. Spoke with a new pharmacist there who did not understand the workings of a common medical device they prescribe and had to have it repeatedly explained to her. Not sure what has happened to this once stellar pharmacy but 3 prescription mistakes in one month is not acceptable.
