Supplied me with the wrong engine oil for my tractor. Noticed when I was doing the oil change that it's not what the manual recommends. Explained over the phone that it's a significant distance for me to drive to fix a mistake they made. Guy on the phone was beligerant and rude, not offering any solution outside of me coming making the long drive again to return the product.

Always helpful staff here. I've had to go in a bunch of times, mostly for regular maintenance items for my JD X300 tractor, but also the occasional replacement part (like my blower's v belt blowing out, right as I we got those 20+cm last weekend). They always have it what I need and help out quickly.
Highly recommend.

We had a lawn mower go in for some work, instead of them calling us back and telling us how much it would cost they did the work, and then demanded we pay before the mower was brought back.
My father in law is elderly and was not only surprised by this behaviour he felt threatened to pay. If we had been home during this incident it would not have gone this way, they prayed upon him and we have since bought a replacement mower from a much more reputable company.
