Bonjour,
Dommage que pour un tel prix, le petit déjeuner n’était pas inclus, qu’il y est eu une caution du double de prix de la chambre de retenu. Ceci dit alors qu’il donne sur la grande route, il est très calme et proche des grands magasins.

We stayed here for a night April 27,2025, we experienced excellent customer service, they called the day before and confirmed our reservation and allowed us to arrive early as the room was ready to go.
The room and decor and the necessities were fantastic.
The room and bathroom were spotless and all the updates were stunning.

Thanks for making our stay spectacular, keep up the great customer services, I’ll certainly pass our experience on.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY AT FRONT DESK VERY ABRUBT. I WANTED TO GET HER NAME AND SHE WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME. I ASKED FOR HER MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER.PEOPLE BEHIND ME HEARD AND SAW HOW SHE ACTED. I WAS UPSET WITH HOW SHE SPOKE TO ME. I WALKED OUT AND TOLD HER SHE WILL NOT GET A GOOD REVIEW WITH GOOGLE REVIEWS. HER COMMENT WAS HAVE A NICE DAY.I WAITED OUT SIDE THE OFFICE UNTIL THAT COUPLE CAME OUTSIDE. THEY JUST SHOOK THEIR HEADS WHEN I TOLD THEM HOW UPSET SHE
MADE ME FEEL. I TOLD THEM AS WELL GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR ROOM.I AM A GOOGLE GUIDE AND GREEBSBORO INN WILL GET A TERRIBLE REVIEW! !

Rooms are nice and clean till we went to our bathroom, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and the toilet was dirty.

We were checking in with another couple, the gentlemen that was with us has a disabled and is a senior. While his wife was checking in we asked for the key so he could use the bathroom as we had been driving a long time. We were told NO... i explained why we need the key and the person at the counter said not till check is complete and then said, "tell him to go to the restaurant". I was very upset with her and pretty much told her that...she was very disrespectful and just kept saying that's the rules... well we were booking the darn rooms so what would of been the difference? Anyway, only because we were very tired we stayed.... all I can say is some rules, in some circumstances are OK to bend a little and in this case they could of let him in while checking in.
Don't think we will be back.

Great room. Mattress was very comfortable. Very pleasant experience, except for peeling wallpaper and moderately high price. But would stay again.
