I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Bann or this clinic. I’ve been a patient of hers for the past 10 years and every visit she’s treated me so well. She’s very down to earth and really listens to you. I’m so happy to have her as my doctor and all the ladies at reception are just as kind as she is!

This place is always full and so slow. I waited 2 hours on a Monday afternoon to get my foot looked at. I'm in a ton of pain and the nurses didn't seem to care when I told them every half hour I'm in such pain. Docs are good but it takes so long.

Dr Bann is THE best. I’ve been seeing her for 8 years now, her level of kindness and professionalism is always 10/10. She has advocated for me through many complex health issues and I always feel well taken care of when I see her. She also does a fantastic job following up with any new issues. My whole family is lucky to have her as our Dr, she’s great with kids and adults alike.

The receptionists are lovely, it’s a busy spot but they do a great job of keeping things moving. If you have an appointment it’s always quick and efficient. If you don’t have an appointment you’re going to wait but I’ve never waited more than an hour. Which is very, very reasonable.

I’d highly recommend Grey Gretzky to anyone that’s looking for competent compassionate medical care in Brant County.

Front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. There has been many instances where there has been attitude for no reason. Today i tried to drop off my son’s vaccination record so that it could get filled out and was told to take it back with no explanation. I went to bring it again and was told “we were in the middle of something” well I wouldn’t have had to come back and interrupt if my initial request was respected. They are rude and communication is very poor. Please do better. Yes you are working but we work too and our tax dollars pay for this service so please stop treating us badly.

I brought my 8 mo old in for a simple issue and was given an exam room right away - front desk staff very nice. Had a short wait for the dr. who was very friendly and professional. Checked everything I asked and gave us a script for what we needed in about 5 minutes. Pharmacy there was very helpful and quick as well. Overall a good experience!

The reception is the worst I have ever experienced. I tried calling for over half an hour today to get hung up on twice. When they finally answered the phone they were all laughing in the background. It’s actually sickening that this is allowed to happen. If I didn’t like my GP and it wasn’t impossible to find a new one I would never return. I wish the doctors at the office actually did something about their despicable behaviour.

One of the worst walk in clinic in Brantford. Totally unwelcoming environment on the front desk. All three lazy receptionist were kept talking to each other while ten patients are waiting in the line for check in.Receptionists are very rude , their tone changes when they see a non white patient. Doctor is very good ,I would highly recommend but the front desks employees are not professional at all. They need to replace them and gave the chance to the people who would love their job.

It’s a shame to have such an inhuman receptionists at the front. Doctors inside I don’t know them but the front which to me is the face of and the reflection of what happens in the back…
I took one of my employees who was having headaches, nausea and fast heartbeat to this walk-in clinic as she was able to walk and I didn want to overwhelm the emergency department of hospital. She was a student from Conestoga college residing in Kitchener and working in Brantford, she had with her the student card and college health card issued to all foreign students,
The clinic staff refused to take her in, giving the excuse she must carry a government issued ID on her!!! I approached to the front desk at this point and said I am her employer and driving here to Kitchener in this situation would not be wise move as she is feeling dizzy, and suggested I put my id as guarantor and later that day or the next morning I’ll bring her Passport.
The receptionist refused again shielding herself behind the “rules and regulations” which she has no idea of and starters lecturing me about the law.. I said respectfully madam this is a human in front of you in need of help and I would expect you treat her as a human using common sense first rather than asking for papers and ignoring the facts. I said she is wrong in her decision shaming her in front of others inline behind us
We went to the emergency right after that and guess what? They said have her come in and you can send us her passport picture by email when she goes home. NOW I think Brantford general is a government owned institution and also aware of the rules and regulations and abiding by the rules. And treated us humanly and with total respect.
Hence the reason why the reason I don’t doubt that both of the receptionists needs to be replaced with more human and common sense ppl.
