Just bought a truck and Jem was our salesperson. Can’t say enough good things about her. She was so helpful sending us emails and pictures of the trucks we were looking . She was there every step of the way to putting the running boards on to the fifth wheel mount. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truck.

Only dealt with the parts and service staff but they have been great. Short and to the point. Seem to be knowledgeable and know the proper recommendations. Wait times for service have been really long but they have not charged me for the extra hours they have my vehicles in the shop. If you need any work done on time I wouldn’t recommend but if you aren’t in no rush it’s worth the wait because they make sure the jobs done right and to a quality standard. The parts staff are also very helpful, they took the time to help me find a part for one of my vehicles that was very difficult to find and the price of it wasn’t even that bad. All in all a good parts and service team.

I was in to Grizzly Trail Body Shop twice in one month for repairs to my 2011 Ford F150 truck. Brad made sure the estimate was into the insurance adjuster quickly, offered and arranged a rental for a few days and the truck was very well detailed inside and out when I got it.

Same experience for the second repair, even better. Brad even arranged for a rental at a local dodge dealer when he didn't have one of his own.

I bought a new Chevy Spark this spring. I found what I was looking for at Ron Hodgson's in St. Albert. I am enjoying my car and had only a few concerns.I called Grizzly Trail in Barrhead and asked if they could give my car a service check just to ensure that everything is running well and to check for any issues my car may have. I had purchased a complete bumper to bumper warranty to ensure all is as it should be. I did mention my one concern that the temperature gauge was reading inaccurately and wanted that looked into.
Service was fast and they showed me the results of their inspection which included each area of the vehicle they inspected including individual fluid levels, individual tire pressure for each tire and so on. I left feeling ok that I had spent $72.00 to feel secure and that I wouldn't have any concerns.

Shortly after leaving I went to wipe the bugs off my windshield. To my surprise I had no washer fluid. Trying again I realized it was completely dry. Not a big deal as I do know how to add washer fluid. But then my little onstar sends me an email saying that while my tires are not in danger but they are all very inflated and can affect the gas consumption etc. They recommend I get it looked at soon.

Ok so now I am a little unhappy and I recheck my service charged etc. Not only is the windshield washer fluid level marked but checked off as good. Next the tire pressure. Again each tire has the incorrect pressure written in pen beside it.

I am an older woman with only very basic knowledge of vehicles so felt that before I get upset I needed to call and speak to someone in service that could explain what had happened. The person I spoke to said he was sure someone must have checked but forgot to add fluids etc when he finished. But that only concerned me more because if that was theincorrect it meant that a licensed mechanic had checked saw it was empty and then checked it as good so he would know he needed to fill it? It doesn't make sense and that I felt a little concerned about. The mechanic then told me to stop by and he would top it off.

When I said again it's not that I need someone to fill it , and that my concern was about what they can do to earn my trust this won't happen with something more serious next time. He just said that they will be glad to do my oil change when I need one.

I have lost all faith in their dealership and will never go back or recommend anyone else does either. And as a final insult the temperature gauge still doesn't work. It was a cool 15 c when my radio said it was 34 outside. Well it's close I guess.

My Grizzly Trail Motors experience with the service department is always fantastic, they are easy to talk to and are always accommodating. Just recently and with very short notice, service advisor Cam was able to get my vehicle in and in no time I was on my way. The quality of work from the service department at Grizzly is great as well, they have good management, the service advisors are welcoming and organized, and the mechanics seem to be very knowledgeable and efficient. I have 3 vehicles in which I take to Grizzly for servicing and maintenance on a regular basis, and I will continue to take my business there.

Alois was a complete pro with her and was very patient and showed real maturity and professionalism with an older buyer who had never bought a vehicle before.
