Amazing company to order from!! Their customer service is outstanding and the quality of products is above anything else I’ve purchased. Will definitely be buying more. We are VERY happy with our French press. The design is modern and sleek. Looks great in our kitchen!

Great bottles! Love that the straw is completely covered when clicked close. 4 star because I had an issue with mine and they replaced it, although I received a 20oz instead of 40oz (my fault because I forgot to specify).They said they would rectify it and ship out the 40oz to me but I never received it. No response when I reached out back to customer service. However I did create another order with Christmas gifts because the bottles are good.

I absolutely love my new Grosche Bali Water Infuser Pitcher! It looks so beautiful on my counter filled with infused water or tea. Its silicone base adds extra protection for placing on hard counter tops. This Canadian company had incredible customer service! I was blown away by their quick response when I reached out and they even replaced the item after it cracked. So friendly and genuinely care about their customers. Also, I read that for every product sold, they provide 50+ days of safe drinking water to people in need through the GROSCHE Safe Water Project! Definitely love supporting companies like this 🙂

Just got my Milano Stella Aroma!
Packaged so nice and tight nothing would damage it. 2 days from Cambridge to Markham (free shipping) and most importantly makes a great espresso. This is stainless steel and not one of those feather weight aluminum jobs. Fit and finish are great as well. Try it is to love it.

I hauled a MILANO Stainless Steel Stovetop Espresso Maker and BREMEN MINI Manual Burr Coffee Grinder from this company's open box sale at extremely reasonable fare.
The craftsmanship of the product is phenomenal. Very aesthetically pleasing but also has a sturdy and solid feel and use. Makes super yummy coffee and THE best Moka pot on the planet! Need to say, also one of the rare options on the market that supports induction stoves.
I love the company attention to detail, ethics, focus and efforts they put into sustainability and I certainly love their products. This is a company I trust and will continue to be a loyal customer of, they are a go-getting pioneer of their trade.

Great customer service and fast shipping!!!
I contacted Grosche about their replacement gasket and filters. My original ones on a different Moka pot brand needed replacement and after researching alternatives, I found many others were using the Grosche and they fit well. Very happy to be able to have found a solution! After checking out all their other products I plan on purchasing other items for me and as gifts.
