I do not recommend anyone to go to this pharmacy they take their sweet time with your prescription I called In advance since 12pm that I wanted a refill on my prescription and I told them I would pick it up at 4pm I arrived at 4pm they told me it wasn't ready then I come back at 5 still not ready I come back at 7:30pm and guess they told me still not ready these people play too much with peoples health.. the service is terrible they do things with a horrible attitude no empathy at all. I am never going back to this pharmacy ever again. They have done this to me too many times already. Do not waste your time like me and go to Shoppers instead service is better and faster.

After a bad experience at a "big name" pharmacy, I went looking for a pharmacy that treated their customers like real people that mattered, rather than like dollar signs. I found this type of pharmacy the day I walked in the door of Angus-Borden Guardian Pharmacy. David and Natalie McLeish run this fantastic "hometown" type pharmacy, and treat their customers with the utmost respect and kindness. They have always gone above and beyond with respect to my pharmacy needs, and make me feel like I matter as a customer (quite the opposite of the "big name" pharmacies, for sure). When I have questions, they take the time to explain so I understand what I need to about my medications and over the counter items. I feel valued here. They even have the most amazing gift collection to browse while waiting for your pharmacy needs. I love this place, and will never again return to the impersonal approaches and errors of the "big name" pharmacies.

Nice pharmacy, pleasant people, large variety of products. Good parking lot. This was my first time here, and overall had a good experience with the staff and process of picking up prescriptions. I like that while you wait there is a large selection of merchandise to look through and you can pick up health related products all in one place.

First ever time using this location NEVER again...dropped a UPS shipment, NO TRACKING # given to me asked if I wanted text information YES please...got "something" in FRENCH After finally deciphering it, received a link ALSO IN FRENCH ( which I do NOT read)...it asked me for my tracking number...well she DIDN'T GIVE ME ONE!........DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING ..staff is UNTRAINED.....and yes the caps here indicate my complete frustration with such a simple task!

Horrible service. I’ve been with this pharmacy for years and they used to be amazing but they’ve seriously gone down hill in the last couple months even. The actual pharmacists are great, but the techs are terrible. If they’re not rude, they just have no idea what they’re doing. I can call in to refill my prescription days in advance and I’ll arrive just for them to say “oh haha, we forgot!” basically. Or they just don’t bother to check the fax machine. And when I do arrive to pick up my meds, they run around like chickens wih their heads cut off trying to find where they put them. Not only that, but I avoid filling more than one prescription at a time like the plague because heavn forbid they have to remember more than one thing at time—they’ll either give me the wrong stuff or something vital will be missing. The amount of times I’ve had to go without medications I absolutely need and have gotten incredibly sick and borderline suicidal from withdrawal because the staff here can’t do the one thing they’re paid to do is insane. I feel like they just don’t take me seriously because my medications are for psychiatric conditions. Mental illness isn’t a “real” illness I suppose, huh? I’m switching pharmacies today because I get chest pain just thinking about making a phone call to refill my prescriptions with these people now. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I wish to be treated as I treat others.
To be paying for my own medications without any government assistance or insurance I Pay for it myself and I have even stood behind ppl who couldn't pay for their's I have said that I will pay for their's as well. Yet when I go there as a paying customer to be treated like some sort of drug addict or worse. To hear that others are given a courtesy and I am not given the same courtesy. And the worse that happens is to be lied to ,and when they were being robbed backtoback several times it was me that came forward to the police and gave them the directions these real criminals ran out to and even who it was...
Oh how I hate cancer for it was cancer that took a great man from our community.

I am happy as well as proud to have used this local drugstore for Flu shots, COVID Shots,off of the shelf purchases,support braces as well as getting perscriptions filled.Certainly not a frequent visitor until as of late. Howvever the Friendly, Professional , courteous manner in which i have been treated as has my wife (this includes seeing interactions with other customef). I MUST state that each and every experience has been EXCELLENT this due to the whole package of whatever you visit there. Thak you, thank you , thank you. It is always a pleasure to visit the store and when required to interact with the wonderful starr I feel like a close family membercwhen i go there.This is an excellent business that excels in custumer relations and service. Top notch all tbe way!!!
