I’ve had many issues with the house I bought here in Chatham and thus have had many contractors and companies in my house and handy bros is by far the best and I will use them for as long as I have a house!
I live alone and am responsible for everything, and I started from 0 or less. It is very stressful dealing with heating issues, but also you can’t take forever to make decisions because you need it working properly.
Every technician that has been sent here since I have been here seemed to really care about me and my house. Particularly Cale (sp). I had a somewhat complicated issue and I know he would have stayed here until it was corrected, and not only that, he is a trustworthy and enjoyable person to be around and has offered to bring me a coffee every visit.
When HB came to install my new system, they shovelled my driveway, they took the shovel from my hand to finish it so I could go inside.
They are just really good people who really care. And I believe when that is the case, success will follow, and that really seems to be happening for them, and they deserve that.
The tech’s are always knowledgeable and so nice, and the customer service people are really great as well. I’ve never not gotten a call back or response and they often check in weeks later to make sure I am happy.
It is always stressful dealing with this stuff but when you know you can count on me he people you hire it really lessens that.
I cannot wait to have AIR CONDITIONING this summer!

The process was seamless. We feel that one of the most important strengths of this company lies in the type of employees they hire, and the value they place on customer service! Everyone we dealt with - telephone contacts, sales people and technicians - were all knowledgeable, polite and helpful! This week, Al and Adam were particularly helpful when we needed a little extra assistance to understand the functions of our new furnace and thermostat. Recently we had a new furnace and heat pump installed by Handy Bros. We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of their service and expertise.
During our initial meeting, Dylan educated us on the options available. From our discussion with him we were able to make an informed decision on our choice of furnace. The installation went very smoothly and the install team was excellent. After installation our questions were answered by the install team regarding the operation of the new thermostat.

I’m so impressed with the level of customer service Handy Bros provides before, during and after my service call. My service tech Kris was amazing!! He was knowledgeable, personable and provided me with the options on how to proceed with the repair.
