I didn’t know about this medical clinic before. My colleague recommended for this clinic. I just walked in this clinic and got service within 30 minutes. Prescription was sent to my pharmacy and it was ready when I was in pharmacy. This is a great service by the Doctor. Receptionist were very helpful and professional. Very well organized and quiet a big walk in clinic in this town. Four doctors are available to take care all patients. Washrooms are available for patients to. Very neat and clean clinic. Dedicated parking lots for patients in Front of the Building. Highly recommended to try this clinic.

Went there to get a prescription and was left in the room for about 45 mins until a nurse came and told me to leave as a doctor refused to see me due to me being on my phone. I only replied to a very important text regarding my daughter. Very unprofessional.

I just saw “Dr.” Fradis because I’ve been sick for a few days which climaxed this morning at work, light-headed, nauseous, and sweating alongside other disabling symptoms which made me start to get worried. I was exposed to someone with a sinus infection so I thought perhaps I contracted something. “Dr.” Fardis was rushy from the start. After a brief explanation he concluded I have a cold.

Furthermore, I got in a car accident 1.5years years ago, rear ended at a red light at 50km/hr. I got whiplash 2 and a concussion. My neck has been in rough condition ever since, impacting my daily life. Been going to physio since the accident until a few months ago. Also have a lawyer. I got x-rays and crossed all t’s/dotted all i’s right after the accident. Recently both physio and lawyer recommended I get an MRI, and were surprised my early doctor visits didn’t suggest MRI’s, only x-rays.

“Dr.” Fardis responded to my MRI request by saying “you don’t need one”. He said MRI is only for your spine, and “based on your description (which was about 30 seconds for a 1.5yr battle) you don’t need one.” He also said MRI’s don’t assess soft tissue damage etc. he kept saying it relates to the spine. He also really wanted to make sure I knew how many years of medical school he went through, as though that would justify his complete lack of patient-care.

Do not waste your time with “Dr.” Fardis if you have legitimate issues- as he has proven to be focused on maximizing the number of patients he “sees” not the amount of patients he helps.

I do want to add that the front desk was very kind, and the manager of the clinic afterwards was incredibly respectful and receptive to my concerns.

Whether he is a new graduate or has experience and simply doesn’t care- this was incredibly disheartening and to be blunt—shocking.
