Absolutely amazing counselors and staff. They are friendly, helpful, compassionate, and understanding, and will bend over backwards to help out with payment plans for services. Highly recommended!!!

My therapist was great but the company is very transactional and impersonal. The receptionist was quite rude. It's really a big money making practice and the business approach is cold so it's not that therapeutic to get services here.

The staff there especially Kaitlyn is amazing and patience. Dr. Marks De Chabris is very professional. Very knowledgeable helped me understand my pain alit more then I did. Thank you guys.

They messed up my wife's appointment twice in a row. Booked appointment for the afternoon, (written down in several places) mistakenly put her appointment as 9am. Appointment was missed and now we had to pay $160 because they booked (or told us) the wrong time? Not coming back and not recommending this place to anyone.

Had a session with Lanah at Headway. We went through paperwork that I had already reviewed prior to the session. It took up at least 10 mins of my 45 minutes (which should have been 60 minutes, the time I paid for). I felt like a number ($), I did not feel heard. She told me she was very busy and that she couldn't see me for another 2 weeks although my issues are quite pressing. I do not recommend this place for trauma or anything serious. Super dissapointed in the service ³.

I was treated horribly by this clinic and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Dr Gagnon does not have a favorable history of fair treatment to patients in Sudbury. He allowed his staff member with no medical training to be verbally abusive to me.

Repeatedly did not fill out mandatory medical paperwork for my insurance company which has caused years of delays to my medical care.

Dr Gagnon only cares about making money and not the health of his patients.

I had a great experience at HeadWay Clinic; I initially went to treat a depression that had been tormenting me on and off for years. As a university student, I was faced with crippling performance anxiety, constant fear of missing out and an academic path that did not suit me, with no alternative in sight. At the clinic, I received rTMS treatment as well as counselling, which combined together helped me tremendously to recover from what seemed to me like a dead end. I am now back in school, in a new faculty, with strategies to help me cope with stress, and life has never seemed so good!
