Last week had appointment. Dr. Kruger says to go see specialist I have been with previous. I begged him not to send me back there. Asked for referral to new specialist. He said no. I left his office in tears, disbelief & pain. I found specialist on my own & when I tried booking appoint today for referral to new specialist. Kruger says I'm to disrespectful & get new family doctor. You see previous specialist was also my son 's doctor and he misdiagnosed him back in September 2021. My son almost died and spent 4 week in children's hospital and it took team of 12 doctors to get my son healthy again. I explained this to Kruger. He says he cannot comment. I didn't want an opinion all I wanted was referral to new specialist. If anyone knows me I am the least disrespectful person in the world. This is same office I brought coffee for everyone in his office numerous times. and been nothing but kind and respectful . But thank you Kruger for showing me how our medical system is . If you Doctor Kruger had any understanding at all you would have given me referral the first time I asked. To turn a patient away I guess is the new normal within Fort McMurray medical system and your office to

I really like the fact that Dr Kruger is one of the only doctors in town that'll see you on time, usually within 10 minutes, of your appointment. He is really nice and he knows what he's doing. The only reason why I'm giving his office a 4/5 is because sometimes the people at the desk forget things, they forgot to order in a prescription for me that I couldn't get from a pharmacy but when I called in the next week they ordered it right away, so no big deal just kind of annoying.

Dr. Kruger is a great, compassionate and patient doctor. He doesn't rush you and is there to help address all your thoughts, concerns or problems. With Dr. Kruger, I've only had four appointments with him and I am already comfortable talking to him. I'm a very shy and nervous person so my previous doctor that I had for 3 years prior to seeing Dr. Kruger was horrible and I never felt comfortable going to him. So I definitely recommend Dr. Kruger!

Doctor Kruger did a great job removing a mole on my face. Also, he was always very helpful and attentive to my questions and concerns. The only downside of his office was extra waiting time for the appointment sometimes, but I will give him 5 stars, as he deserves it.

Despite the province slashing healthcare funding like it's Friday the 13th this doctors office has done everything they can to keep things smooth and good. The province wants us to blame the doctors while asking them to do more with less all so they can privatize our healthcare. That's why Dr. Kruger and his team get 5 stars from me. Any issues his patients have had are Jason Kenney's fault. Dr. Luther is only one man and can only do so much.

1 star is generous. I’ve been going to him for a few years now and he’s great, if you can actually get to see him. They just changed their hours to close at 1:30pm, and state that their “phone hours” are until 1pm. This isn’t updated on their google hours though. I’ve called at least 10 times a day and when I was able to get a hold of someone, they said they’d call back. They never did. I’ve been trying to get a prescription refill for over a month, and have run out of options after already getting a refill from a walk in clinic. I’m so beyond frustrated that I am unable to get my everyday medication and trying to reach them is virtually impossible.

Asked for my very own blood work, they wanted to charge me $50.00. Went to my old doctor, they said they would print it out for free. Unreal, anything that I've gone to this doctor for, has only cost me money out of pocket, with zero results or in this case, something that should have been free in the first place.

Complained I didnt book enough appointments and then dropped me without reason as patient. He is not connected with alberta medical computer network and you have get ur own files. In a word 'next!'
