For 2.5 years of being a patient at Health Watch Clinic with Dr. Robinson Enebeli, I have had only the best experience.

Dr. Robinson Enebeli is always friendly and has helped me in the best way possible to identify health issues, provided high-quality consultations, and found quick solutions.

The staff is responsive and polite, and patient processing is very fast. Appointments were always easy to book, and I received answers to all my questions and requests. Even for walk-ins, I never had to wait more than 10–15 minutes.

I feel very lucky to have found this clinic.

This is the only medical clinic I've ever known to close extra days during any and every holiday but days prior to the actual holiday. They should update their hours online or leave a message on their phone so people are not wasting time showing up when they claim to be open but are actually not open. It's only fair to be mindful of patients time as patients are mindful to doctors time.

My doctor there has been great, Dr. Enabelli (sic) has been great to work with. The staff however? Argumentative, abrupt on the phones, don't listen (have to repeat my names spelling multiple times every time) and constantly provide contradictory information. Doc told me I could call in to get my prescription refilled, so I did. The lady up front says it's $35 unless I call the pharmacy, so I call them (the ones they literally have a hallway to get to) and they say Healthwatch doesn't do that. I call them back, and after speaking to the prescription lady again, she just says "I'll talk to them. Goodbye". I have had arguments with the staff multiple times over simple things like this where different staff members give contradictory information, and then I'm hit with charges they never told me about. Even talked with the manager and she gave me different information each time I've talked to her. If it wasn't for Doctor Enabelli, I would have left a 1 star, so I think 2 is being generous. My only hope is that the new lady they hired stays, cause she's probably the first admin member to actually talk to me like a person. Looking through other reviews too, I think the replies from Healthwatch themselves provide all the proof needed to their attitudes.

Our family always has a wonderful experience at Health Watch Medical Clinic. The front staff are so kind and accommodating and we always get what we need done. The doctors are all amazing. Thanks for the great service!

This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been too. I went in as a walk in for ONE prescription refill and was told the wait time was 45 minutes which I was fine with. I then sat in the doctors room for an hour and 15 minutes and still no one had seen me so I just walked out. Other walk ins were seen before me when I came in before them. Will never go to this place again. Very poor service.

The service is simply terrible. They don’t answer calls. When you come to the clinic, you have to wait more than three hours before being seen. And when you finally get to your appointment, the doctor inexplicably starts reviewing another person’s case. It’s absolutely awful!😡🤬

This is the most ridiculous clinic. I have never seen such a horrible unorganized, incompetent group of people. we book an appointment, take time off work. We are there on time and you don't even get in for UP to 2 hours later. The girls at the the counter have no clue on how to book appointments or their job. I finally found a family doctor to get our files transferred to and they scammed us out of $55 a person. Which is very hard to come up with for seniors. So ridiculous should be against the law. It might even be against the law for them to charge that private fee to transfer files takes 2 minutes to scan them to the othe doctor. We only saw him for a short time so there was not a huge amount if files to send.Even after i told them how urgent it was for our family doctor to get the MRI results, as we had it done in may from a sroke and no follow up from doctor at all. there was never any follow-up. You get blood work or any kind of tests done but there is no followup.. he never calls you to come back. There was very little communication.I rate this clinic a zero out of ten.

Dr. Aladi might be the worst doctor I've ever encountered. No tolerance at all for my upset son, and when I asked questions she responded "ask the pharmacist" and walked away. Waited over an hour to see her, then after she wouldn't wait 10 seconds while I tried to calm my son we were made to wait another 30 minutes. Just the worst. Go somewhere else if you can.
